Our table for tea was perfect .. by the window so we could see the beautiful scenery! The tea and food were delicious and very filling! Would definitely return!

We were rushed out and actually asked to leave our table. We were not even there for an hour. We were told they needed our table for a party of four, which was extremely abrupt and very unprofessional. Also, we were not done with our food and the waitress kept clearing our plates and rushing us through. I have dined in this high tea location probably about five times and I think this is my last time. Also tried to go upstairs to look at the rooms like I usually do to show my friends and it was like the Gestapo was following us around, not allowing us to tour anything. It just felt very cold and like they’re so busy now they don’t have time to actually care for their clients. The young hostess was the only positive experience.

It was a perfect place for a special celebration. The location is amazing and beautiful. Every staff person we encountered was friendly and helpful. The high tea is served with all the accessories, and the food was delicious and beautifully prepared.

The high tea at Glen Eyrie was amazing! The dining room was so pretty. The tea selection is excellent (we loved the almond marzipan tea) and every bit of the food menu was exceptional. The standout is the ginger miso soup with flash fried seaweed on top. We enjoyed it all! Our server was excellent too! Highly recommend!

We met Bruce when we first walked in and they were running behind so he took us on a tour of the castle and it was FANTASTIC!!! HE knew so much about the castle and the family and it made our time there amazing!

It's a nice to enjoy a tea in such a historic building. The castle and the grounds are exceptional. The rooms inside the castle where the tea service is done is just amazing. I love the choices of the edibles that went with the tea. The tea choices were really broad. Everyone chose a different tea so we were able to try different varieties. We were offered a tour of the castle after our tea service. Julie, the volunteer, give us a quick tour as tours weren't really being offered that day. She was an absolute delight. We are planning on coming back at Christmas time for the madrigal dinner in the Great Hall. It's phenomenal that this place exists at all and even more exceptional that it's tucked away in Colorado Springs. Definitely worth the visit but come with an appetite. We had a hard time finishing all of the snacks that came with tea service.

Lovely setting. The food was of lower quality than expected. There were several large parties and the room became very loud.

The tea is delightful and some of the treats were delectable. The location is charming, and our servers were extremely pleasant and attentive. We appreciated the beautifully decorated plate with a birthday cupcake that they treated us with!

This my third time having tea at Glen Eyrie and every time has been wonderful!! The service is excellent. The food is delicious. The room is so beautiful, with so much nostalgia associated with it. The grounds are stunning and peaceful and contemplative. If it’s your first time, I recommend taking the tour to heighten your experience. It’s all so lovely!!

The location is outstanding; however, the food is a disappointment. Enjoyed the varieties of tea. Just don’t expect good food. It is at best adequate.

Lovely experience, came here for an anniversary weekend. They were able to accommodate a gluten allergy which was appreciated, my husband is a very picky eater and still enjoyed himself! Super friendly staff

my only disappointment was the scone was dried out and bun had no flavor w/o the frosting. room was loud so talking across the table was awkward. lovely service and venue.

Beautiful location. Our server Katie was attentive and friendly. The new spring menu does not disappoint! All of the little details made for a lovely 3 generation family tea. Highly recommend and we will be back!

The salad was not good- ham sandwich a piece of ham and mustard on a Hawaiian slider bun- no traditional “tea” sandwiches. Expensive for what you received

Attended a tea with my wife and my new hearing aids. This place is over the top and my experience was absolutely wonderful. I was the “only man” in the room and I certainly didn’t need my hearing aids. ;)

After having lived in Colorado Springs for many years, I finally had the chance to have lunch here. It was really very lovely, but also very mundane. The server must be able to say the menu in her sleep, as it appeared. I understand there is one thing for everyone and that that is so bland when telling people over and over and over again. But it was my first time I guess I was expecting something a bit more elegant.

Each person we interacted with was very kind and helpful. It felt like they genuinely cared about making everything a good experience. I wish we could have seen more of the castle, but everything else was wonderful.

Having been to many "afternoon tea" offerings with other venues, this one is truly unique. The set menu was extensive and unique. Very good food. We also booked the guided tour of the castle, which was well worth the money!

This was an absolutely amazing service. All of the staff was amazing and friendly. The only downfall was as the room filled up the noise level is a bit much. We were there for a 4 generation birthday celebration and they treated us so fabulously! Highly recommend!!!
