Way to much salt was used on several of the fish pieces. One of the omakase pieces of salmon had a bone on it and the orange chicken was all breading. Save your money and try another sushi bar.

Service and attention poor. They need some strategy help with making this place nice. Sushi bar display not attractive. They’ve missed the mark.

The food was very fresh and delicious. Good portion sizes for the price. Service was friendly. Atmosphere felt like a restaurant would in Vegas (decor and noise level).

Sushi bar was an unbelievable experience. They were kind and celebrated my wife’s birthday with us. It was quiet and we were the only ones at the bar but made for a wonderful experience with the staff with great food. Every bit of the omakase meal was great!

Ethan always surprises us with his creation. Enjoyed a nice mix of sushi and Chinese stir fries at Glass Box. It's one of our go to on weekend.

Sitting at the sushi bar was a little bit odd very loud for as as many servers and few customers they had the service was terrible I would not recommend

I come to the Skydeck often and have always walked by this place. I was excited that Glass box was a part of SD restaurant week! It's a great place to eat and drink, I truly enjoyed the Sea bass!
