Buck's is a rock’n’roll bar specialising in authentic buttermilk fried chicken, seriously addictive Nashville hot chicken, cocktails, beers and bourbon.

1st time we have visited Bucks Bar.The food was delicious and the portion sizes were huge,the cocktails were also very good. On the negative side we turned up without a booking as there were loads of empty tables outside only to be told that the next available table was 1.5hrs wait. We called into the pub next door and checked online there were loads of availability and we proceeded to book a table for 15mins later. We were very disappointed by the front of house staff which caused us to go elsewhere before we discovered that there were free tables

No issues food was nice, price was slightly higher than expected. The Group beside us was very loud, but it was a Saturday evening. I Would return.

Great deal on the 40% off cocktails during the week the buck star cocktail is lovely and the food is lovely we always get a few starters just to nibble on a few dishes service is always quick and the staff are always lovely and polite

Service was fab and food was delicious with generous portions which was to expected for the price. Good cocktails too. We were sitting outside, bit chilly, another heater would have been better. Will defo be back though as enjoyed it..

We went out to bucks bar and expected a Brilliant time from hearing so much about it, however I was pretty underwhelmed. Whilst the food was undoubtedly delicious the service wasn’t really up to much, there generally was no service, it was as quick as they could get away from the table and not the friendliest of staff either. The food was very tasty and the portion sizes are huge but all in all there wasn’t really much atmosphere. I don’t know what I expected but It was certainly more than we got. For our group nights we usually spend a good bit in where we are, however we literally finished our meals then left for other bars. Granted I would return, however I wouldn’t rush back or rave about it !

Good options and portion sizes. Took a while to get served after getting seated and it wasn't busy. Main chicken dishes were very good but chips were cold. z Good condiment selection. Decent priced, expect £20-£30 per person. They don't pressure you to tip either!

Great place for fried chicken. The music was a little loud and our table was a bit cramped in the corner, but the staff were super friendly and accomodating! We were able to take our dog in with us and a member of staff brought him a water bowl.

I have been going to bucks bar for years but I was disappointed in my latest visit. I never thought I would say this, but I noticed the portion sizes of the chips were smaller and the prices increased from £15 to £17. I am sorry to say that I don’t think this is value for money any more and I don’t know how these prices are justified. The food was nice but could tell they were trying to get it out as quick as possible, sauce dripping over the edge of the box etc. Staff brilliant as always.

Food was ok, but starter came out with main meal which wasn't a good start too much food at the one time, but if you send it back its being kept warm under a heat lamp till u want it. There is not a lot of room for maneuver between the seats and the table at the booths and being bigger than a size 16 doesn't make it very comfortable to eat your dinner at. Also staff were asked for a glass of water and that took 20 minutes although the two servers were standing talking to each other, not the best look but quick enough with your bill when you ask for it . Its a nice place for once in a while but it's quite expensive for what you get to be honest.

Regular customer of Bucks Bar. Long wait on food and then asked to give table back in 15 minutes whilst still eating main course.

Came here for a joint birthday lunch with some work colleagues. Staff were very attentive and were super friendly. Food was brilliant! Couldn’t fault it at all. Throughly enjoyed it.
