You bet! This is the reincarnation and modern evolution of the famed honky-tonk saloon and dance hall from Texas. Gilley’s Bar-B-Que restaurant is open for dinner featuring a show kitchen, views of the world-famous Las Vegas Strip, custom saddle seats at the bar, ambient music and the world-famous Gilley Girls.

Great experience, we went for dancing and didn’t try the food but wonderful drink service was really good and the staff was very friendly

Massive quantity providing additional take home meal. Pulled pork sandwich and pulled pork burrito were huge and lots of fries.

Gilley’s is awesome! The mechanical bull was amazing. Staff was over accommodating for our party. We will definitely be back!

Great experience. We had brisket, Mac and cheese and creamed corn. Everything was great. Has a bar with a dance floor. We went on Monday and they had line dancing lessons. Was a lot of fun!

First date before a cirque de soleil show. We arrived 15 minutes before the reservation and they took us right to a lovely table next to the windows,which they opened for fresh evening air, We ordered the fried chicken with grits and southwest tater tots, and the brisket sandwich with fries, and a side of mac and cheese. Everything came out hot, fresh, and delicious. The server brought boxes for us, along with a nice bag to carry out our leftovers. The whole experience was wonderful-as usual.

The place is nice and the service was great. The food was just ok. Had the ribs and brisket, both were dry and not fall off the bone tender. Mac and cheese needs some work, a little bland.

We had reservations but ended up going into the dance saloon and eating in there and listening to the band and dancing. Jack Leduc band was amazing. Not sure why they didn’t let them play longer. Best band they had by far. 🙌🙌🙌

The food wasn't good for the price. I only took a few bites of the mac& cheese * Mashed potatoes. Chicken was dry and skin was hard. My bf didn't like the coleslaw and left all his food. he had ribs. service was great but lousy food. I hope to get a refund. it was his nday dinner and I feel so bad.

Ribs were dry and overcooked. Was looking forward to nice juicy ribs and researched the best ribs on the strip and decided to go there however disappointed with how overcooked they were. They probably pre-cook a lot for the large crowds. So disappointed!

We had a reservation and were seated promptly. We ate the chicken and apple salad, and a pulled pork bbq sandwich. Our waitress was attentive. The food was just ok, typical bar food in Las Vegas. The country bar ambience was spot on.

Great to see proper line dancing and couples dancing. The regulars were very good with beginners. The band was excellent and we had a great time. We ate quite late and enjoyed chilli and tenders at our table by the dance floor. Also enjoyed watching people attempt bull riding - Great fun

We very much enjoyed our meals! I had the chopped salad and it was delicious, and large enough for two people. My husband enjoyed the meatless burger with fries. We were seated next to the window and had a great view of the strip. Gilley’s is one of our favorite restaurants on the strip.

Fantastic view of The Strip in Las Vegas. You sit right on it. Good menu and Great Brisket. Very fast service and you never run out of anything. Friendly people. Great bar area with Line Dancing etc.

Good food, very friendly servers and employees. Loved the variety of food. Restaurant was very clean with lots of tables. Huge windows with great outdoor views.

Awesome! This was our last place for a meal before departing back home and sure wished it was the first place we visited. The food was great and so reasonably priced. For the most part, we found the food on the strip to be overly priced and everything is separate. Nothing comes with a side of anything. Gilly's though makes sure you leave feeling full. I had the pulled pork sandwich (with fries) and my husband had the fried chicken with a side of corn and a side of mac & cheese). Other than the fries and Mac & cheese being cold, both meals tasted great. Service was amazing as well. We'll definitely return to Gilleys when we go back to Vegas. I highly recommend this place.

The staff was kind and accommodating, our guests were almost 90 minutes late to join us and the staff was always gracious and service and food was wonderful!
