The food and service are just fantastic. Such a homey neighborhood destination! It’s lovely to sit on the covered patio out front, but it’s loud next to a busy street. We loved all the food we ordered!

Delicious food and wonderful atmosphere for Mother’s Day brunch. Server was the only one working the patio area when we arrived but she did well for being as busy as she was. She finally got some help as the tables filled Overall, good food and good ambiance and we will definitely be back!

Went to Mother's Day Brunch at Giardino's this year and I was pleasantly surprised how enjoyable it was. One row of "breakfast" items, another row of "kid friendly" options and third row of "lunch savory" dishes was really good all around. Loved the chicken marsala and the sole. Chicken marsala was VERY juicy and tender (for white meat). The sole with olives and capers was tender, perfectly cooked and was by far my favorite. Also enjoyed the shrimp pasta with cream sauce (alfredo?), cheese stuffed ravioli, and short rib pasta with spiral pasta. There was also an area for salads and petit-four desserts of cannoli, tiramisu, macarons, etc. Adult beverages were also delicious...I had the white sangia and it was very refreshing and light. GREAT DEAL FOR $50 for adults and $25 for kids. My kids are super picky and the chef understood that making mac-n-cheese, chicken nuggets, and mashed potatoes. Would definitely do the buffet again. They do it three times a year (call for occasions).

Im only rating our experience so low because the staff was actively cleaning around us as we ate. Our reservation was for 8:30pm, and they apparently closed at 9, which isn’t horrible. They still took us for our reservation but, it was hard to enjoy our date night with sweeping and mopping happening next to our table as we were eating our entrees - kind of hard to enjoy the flavors of our meals with the smell of sanitizer and mop water so close to you. The ambience was nice, the food was good, price was reasonable for the date night menu, but the cleaning going on around us made us feel like we had to finish our meals quickly (even though no one said anything to us about it).

I love this restaurant we go to all the time, we were seated but sat there for 35 minutes we got water and no one came even to say we will be right with you. The table next to us was seated ten minutes after we arrived and they were served drinks and appetizers. still, no one came. So we got up and left ... Sorry I hate to be that way.

We love this restaurant. The owner (Karina) sp? was at the door to greet us when we arrived. She is so lovely. We met with my cousin and his wife for dinner. Our food was outstanding and we took advantage of wine Wednesday and got a nice bottle of red. We love Giardino's and will continue to recommend to friends and family. And we will be returning soon.

Been wanting to get out to Lemon Grove to this restaurant for years. It was just as “ tasty” as I thought it would be. Warm comforting food and nice people. Will try to go back to try other menu items sooner than later!!

Service and food was outstanding! We arrived on a Monday night around 8 and enjoyed their special Cheese Wheel Pasta. The pasta this evening was fusilli pasta, shredded lamb osso buco, cherry tomatoes, and a creamy red wine reduction sauce. My date enjoyed her wine and I selected the Spicy Pomegranate Paloma. Both were great! It was her birthday as well so they hooked us up with a delicious cannoli. Was so full at the end, I started wondering if I could find some sweat pants that look like slacks :)

Giardinos was a real treat! We shared the Calamari-great flavor and perfect crunchiness. We had the Short ribs, lamb chops and sea bass. There was nothing leftover! Our server Rose, was so attentive & recommended a great Pinot from Williamette Valley-Van Duzer-we will be back!

The food was great. It was kind of loud because two large parties were going on. Our server was nice and informative. She got a little in the weeds but someone from the kitchen pitched in and helped her. There is parking in back.

This is a return visit for me because I was so impressed with their food the first time that I wanted to share it with friends. So 7 of us Seniors met for an early dinner. The service was great. The waitress even did separate checks for all. The food was so delicious. I ordered the Short Ribs with polenta. OMG! Those ribs were probably the best I’ve ever had! The polenta really set it off nicely. One guest ordered the Chilean Sea Bass. I tasted it and that’s a definite for the next time I visit. It was so yummy. Everyone was very pleased with their selections. The service was great. This place gets 5 stars all the way!!!!!

Good good good service but the dining room needs some noise cancellation equipment. There were 4 tables of people but one group of 7 was so loud we had to shout at each other to talk or understand what one was saying. Note: dine on the patio if you can.

As always, Giardino doesn’t disappoint! We had a family meal with 8 of us and everyone loved every bite. Tuesday Chilean sea bass is delicate and melts in your mouth, the braised short ribs are perfect and tender, the calamari is top notch but my favorite appetizer is the sausage. It’s soooo yum! Let’s not forget dessert, the tiramisu is house made and delectable and the pistachio cake is indulgent and delicious! The staff is quick, friendly, and really the vibe is feeling as if you’re with family. The owner is a treasure and really wants to ensure you’re enjoying your meal and accepts all feedback. Don’t hesitate to try this restaurant!!

The service was outstanding. D It was a rainy day but, with a covered patio outside (our choice) and a graciously offered heater, we were very comfortable. It was quite peaceful. Our waitress was very cognizant of the water pitcher being filled and checking to make sure we had all we needed. The pear salad was superb. The marscapone was just the right touch. The chicken marsala was delightful. The chicken was so tende! And the dessert of tiramisu was among the best we have had!

Giardino Neighborhood Cucina is one of our favorite spots to go and to bring friends. It’s always fun bringing someone here for the first time and they love it, too. Besides the tasty food and drink offerings, we love to sit on the patio at a fire pit table. The ambiance with all the lighting around is magical. The creative decor inside and out, is fabulously designed to create a fun and unique experience. And we love the staff here. For years, Karina has done well to hire people who make you feel welcome and served with pleasure. It’s always a good decision to enjoy a meal here.

Lively Monday evening for our good bye dinner to celebrate our out of town guest. We all enjoyed our Generous Lamb Osso Bucco, Seabass,Margarita Pizza, Small Pasta,Cesar Salad and Mmmmushroom apps. Drinks were well made and the service was always a step ahead of our needs. We took a chance as our last experience was a BIG thumbs down. Glad we did and look forward to a summer evening meal out on the patio.

The place has a lot of ambiance both indoors and on the outdoor patio. The food is fresh, well seasoned and the portions are good. We had the salmon and chicken masala. Both were cooked to perfection. Brunch is also really good, the short rib Benedict are to die for. Very friendly service and a nice cocktail selection

I understand it was Valentine’s Day and the restaurant would be busy. However I had reservations at 7:15 and was not seated until 7:50. The first round of drinks and appetizers came out quick, however we waited about at least an hour for our entrees, that were not good at all. We both ordered their New York steak (medium rare), when it finally was served it was barely edible, a small portion was actually cooked. Most of the steak was raw. I would’ve sent them both back but for the time already there I did not want to stay there and wait even longer. I was really disappointed with my experience since a few different people had recommended this restaurant.
