Our Rattle Room welcomes you when joining us 4 floors below Vine street. The Rattle Room does not require reservations and is seated on a first come first serve basis.
Reservations are recommended and prioritized for our Den. If you have a reservation, please check in with the host at the front door before waiting in line. Reservations in our Den will be held for 15 minutes and are a total of 2 hours long (Excluding Saturday reservations before 6:30 which are an hour and a half). We do not serve food.

Ghost Baby exists to rattle the extraordinary. Our cocktail lounge and music venue claims a 170-year-old space that once served as a lagering tunnel for a brewing company. Come as you are and enjoy an inventive cocktail, a stiff drink, your favorite canned beer, or a glass of our hand-selected wine. Reserve your spot for an intimate, unique performance in the Den or join us in the Rattle Room (front bar) on a walk-in basis.

My party did not try the food. We went to ghost baby for my friends birthday celebration. Drinks were pricy but pretty good. We had the #6 espresso martini inspired drink. If you like cinnamon the espresso martini is definitely for you. Our party was also given a round of free champagne shots which were stellar. The service was amazing and our waitress was kind and attentive. The entertainment was stellar. The burlesque dancers and live music could not compare to anywhere else in OTR. The ambiance is cozy but lively with a moderate noise level. Our party had reservations of 5 people, added one person who decided not to come but we weren’t charged for this which was amazing as we are college students trying to save some of our dough. Overall an unforgettable experience. 10/10 would come back.

What a cool speakeasy in downtown! Definitely want to go again, but a reservation is a must to get in the den where the live band performs. The band that played the night I went was so talented and an amazing vibe.

More than 150 years ago, before refrigeration, brewing companies used underground lagering tunnels for cooling and aging the beer they produced. Ghost Baby is located in the tunnels formerly used by a Cincinnati brewing company; four stories under Vine street. The company discontinued beer production in the 1850's and these tunnels have remained vacant since. These tunnels are now alive with live jazz and libations. We would love to host you soon for another unforgettable haunt! All the best!

Had a wonderful time for Mother’s Day. There is no food but the drinks (we had wine and espresso martinis) are wonderful! Will definitely be back.

What a cool place! One of the coolest bars I've been to! The setting/ambiance was amazing and the live music was great! Staffing seemed a little all over the place, but I can't really blame them, it was quite busy! Overall experience was really nice, very memorable.

Ghost Baby is a can’t miss option for live music. It’s the swankiest place in the city. The drinks are 10 out of 10. Perfect to impress on a date or for out of towners.

Ghost Baby does not have food. So that needs to come off the choices. :) Ambience is awesome, staff always friendly timely and attentive. Mgmt top notch. Music director does a fantastic job with bringing in the entertainment. Always a great time. One of my favorite venues in the city. A must go to if you have not been.

Absolutely amazing experience with top notch live music! The only point of criticism I have is the drinks menu. We've tried 5 different drinks from the menu and didn't fully love any of them. We ended up asking for a drink off menu last night and were happier with that. If Ghost Baby had a similar (level of) drink menu as The Blind Lemon, it would easily be a 6/5 stars!!!

First time at GB and had a blast. The atmosphere and music were simply fantastic. The service was excellent and the drink menu & drinks themselves were equally good. A definite great place to go for an energetic experience in a different atmosphere. Love it!

The vibes are very cool and the drinks are really good! We didn’t care for the music or the service. I’d recommend going as a larger group and not just 2 people, because the groups definitely get better service. I’d also recommend knowing exact what you want to order ahead of time and ordering right away. It takes a really long time to get service after the initial greeting, understandable when crowded! The tables are very squished and it felt like the difference in service was because we are on the heavier side and didn’t have the same ‘it’ factor as other guests.

So much fun!!! To find the place look for 2 round purple lights which are all that mark the entrance on Republic between 13th and 14th streets. We had a group of 12 celebrating our daughter's college graduation. The music was great and they were sweet enough to give a congratulations shout out to our girl! The drinks were amazing! We had such a good time in the unique little speakeasy. Reservations are a MUST! The only thing that would make it better is if they had some light snacks to order.

Finally able to go and had a great time with my husband. If you're old like us, make sure you have your readers as it is very, very dark. Sexy vibe, great drinks, lovely music. Very cool place for date nights or special occasions.

Wonderful experience, just drinks not food at all, make sure you have dinner before, otherwise is more likely alcohol will raise to your head .

(They don't serve food but they advertise that) I was in sore need of a change in scenery on a Tuesday night. Ghost Baby definitely seemed like different scene and did not disappoint! I made a reservation for one. I was seated at the bar where Malachi took great care of me with some top notch craft cocktails. The music act was fine but the ambience was down right mystical. It's a perfect escape from the mundane.

Food is not offered so I had to click 1 star in order to leave review. The ambience is amazing. Very confusing to find table as this was our first visit there and a lot of confusion with another event going on but once we were settled would highly recommend and will definitely be coming back.

There is no food at Ghostbaby so it's not fair to rate them on that - we knew that going in so no love lost there. I love this place, it has one of the best vibes in the city. Amazing cocktails, kind & attentive staff.

We had a great time at Ghost Baby. We went to see the Hot Magnolias - one of our favorite local bands. The venue is perfect and the drinks were great. I do wish they offered some sort of snacks but that won't stop us from returning.

Table was ready when we arrived. Gentleman inside door from outside was very friendly. Hostess that showed our table was pleasant. Server as fine. Only disappointment was band only played 45-60 minutes before stopping tor next set. Thought band started at 8, didn’t start till 8:20-8:25 and quit at 9:15. Next time we will book 2 sets to hear our favorite band play.

It was incredible to get to hear the hot magnolias in an unforgettable environment our server was incredible . The experience was one of the best!
