Our Rattle Room welcomes you when joining us 4 floors below Vine street. The Rattle Room does not require reservations and is seated on a first come first serve basis.
Reservations are recommended and prioritized for our Den. If you have a reservation, please check in with the host at the front door before waiting in line. Reservations in our Den will be held for 15 minutes and are a total of 2 hours long (Excluding Saturday reservations before 6:30 which are an hour and a half). We do not serve food.

Ghost Baby exists to rattle the extraordinary. Our cocktail lounge and music venue claims a 170-year-old space that once served as a lagering tunnel for a brewing company. Come as you are and enjoy an inventive cocktail, a stiff drink, your favorite canned beer, or a glass of our hand-selected wine. Reserve your spot for an intimate, unique performance in the Den or join us in the Rattle Room (front bar) on a walk-in basis.

My party did not try the food. We went to ghost baby for my friends birthday celebration. Drinks were pricy but pretty good. We had the #6 espresso martini inspired drink. If you like cinnamon the espresso martini is definitely for you. Our party was also given a round of free champagne shots which were stellar. The service was amazing and our waitress was kind and attentive. The entertainment was stellar. The burlesque dancers and live music could not compare to anywhere else in OTR. The ambiance is cozy but lively with a moderate noise level. Our party had reservations of 5 people, added one person who decided not to come but we weren’t charged for this which was amazing as we are college students trying to save some of our dough. Overall an unforgettable experience. 10/10 would come back.

What a cool speakeasy in downtown! Definitely want to go again, but a reservation is a must to get in the den where the live band performs. The band that played the night I went was so talented and an amazing vibe.

There isn't any food available. Drinks were delicuous but a little pricey. Service and atmosphere amazing

More than 150 years ago, before refrigeration, brewing companies used underground lagering tunnels for cooling and aging the beer they produced. Ghost Baby is located in the tunnels formerly used by a Cincinnati brewing company; four stories under Vine street. The company discontinued beer production in the 1850's and these tunnels have remained vacant since. These tunnels are now alive with live jazz and libations. We would love to host you soon for another unforgettable haunt! All the best!

Had a wonderful time for Mother’s Day. There is no food but the drinks (we had wine and espresso martinis) are wonderful! Will definitely be back.

Ghost Baby is a one of a kind experience, yet being 40 feet below the city streets does come with some limitations. Ghost Baby does not have a full kitchen available in house for chefs to prepare food on site, but we always have you covered on the beverages. What a cool place! One of the coolest bars I've been to! The setting/ambiance was amazing and the live music was great! Staffing seemed a little all over the place, but I can't really blame them, it was quite busy! Overall experience was really nice, very memorable.
