Our Rattle Room welcomes you when joining us 4 floors below Vine street. The Rattle Room does not require reservations and is seated on a first come first serve basis.
Reservations are recommended and prioritized for our Den. If you have a reservation, please check in with the host at the front door before waiting in line. Reservations in our Den will be held for 15 minutes and are a total of 2 hours long (Excluding Saturday reservations before 6:30 which are an hour and a half). We do not serve food.

Ghost Baby exists to rattle the extraordinary. Our cocktail lounge and music venue claims a 170-year-old space that once served as a lagering tunnel for a brewing company. Come as you are and enjoy an inventive cocktail, a stiff drink, your favorite canned beer, or a glass of our hand-selected wine. Reserve your spot for an intimate, unique performance in the Den or join us in the Rattle Room (front bar) on a walk-in basis.

Overall the experience was okay, we set reservations and asked for a “private” table and were placed at a small bistro table in the middle of the room crammed between other tables and the aisle. I spent half of our time there moving for people to get by. The chairs a very uncomfortable however, there are wrap around couches with tables lining the walls. While there were couples in them I would recommend going with a group to ensure you get a couch for a better seating experience. The cocktails were decent but priced a bit above their pay grade, ~$18 each even for an amaretto sour made with premade sour mix. I had high hopes from all that we’ve heard but ultimately we were let down. Unless you’re really into live jazz I recommend staying in the bar area where reservations are not required, there’s less hustle and bustle, you can still hear the music, padded benches line the walls, and the overall vibe seemed more enjoyable. The service staff was great though.

Ghost Baby is exactly what a speak easy should be. The live music was great and even sitting at the front table the noise level was perfect.

Get your reservations in for this place as soon as you know you're traveling to the area! This is an underground, catacomb style BEAUTIFUL bar with speak easy vibes. No food is served here but the drinks are amazing. Service is top notch with two hour reservations after 6:30pm. Dress for "date night" per their dress code. If you can manage to get a reservation during an entertainment hour, I'd highly recommend it. I cannot wait to be back!

It appears we fell short of this during your visit. Ghost Baby is a one of a kind experience, yet being 40 feet below the city streets does come with some limitations. Ghost Baby does not have a full kitchen available in house for chefs to prepare food on site, but we always have you covered on the beverages.
