A pursuit for knowledge was the stimulus and continues to be the driving force behind Chef Niven’s career. Ghee means PURE and has a symbolic meaning both spiritually and in the kitchen of an Indian home. The restaurant encompass traditional Indian home cooking, ingredient driven using local artisan purveyors. Chef Niven highlights the experience of dining at Ghee: "I want to my guests to walk into Ghee with the sense of entering my home. I want them to feel at home. I want them to smell the aromas and spices and get more engaged in their meal. One of the things that I always tell my cooks is, ask questions, be inquisitive if you don’t know. I want the same for my guests."

It was our first time, and we’ll definitely be back. Food (we had the lamb and tandoori chicken) and service was excellent, cocktails (tamarind sour was 🤞🏾) were flavorful, and you can’t beat the value for your dollar. Gem in Dadeland for sure!

We had an amazing experience. Last minute decided to do the tasting menu. It was a lot of food and we weren’t able to finish everything but it is absolutely worth the price. We were able to try most of the dishes and everything was delicious. We will definitely go back!

What an amazing Indian food experience at Ghee. And rightfully hyped Michelin rated restaurant!! The food, ambience, service were all top notch. The pakoras, Naan, Kofta, palak Paneer & dosas were incredible. One of the best Indian restaurants we've ever visited!!

As always the team at ghee always out do themselves. When you think it cannot get any better the raise the bar. I am a loyal patron and plan on continuing to visit this amazing restaurant. The staff is more like a family and you can see how happy everyone is to be there and doing what they do to make ghee one of my favorite restaurants to visit.
