The plains of Southern Brazil are filled with grazing cattle enjoying the vast pastures. These cattle are the source for the famous and centuries old Brazilian “Churrasco” barbecues. It was at these gatherings where Brazilian cowboys or “gauchos” would prepare large pieces of meat and slowly cook them over open flame pits. Our traditional gaucho chefs still follow these traditions to preserve the flavors of each cut of meat.

          One of our more flavorful cuts, the fraldinha comes from the bottom portion of sirloin

            Seasoned with rock salt and fajita seasoning

            • Texas Kobe NY Strip

              A tender cut of beef with intense flavor and marbling. Seasoned with rock salt

              • Costela de Boi

                Beef ribs. Seasoned with rock salt

                • Lombo

                  Pork tenderloin marinated in white wine, parsley, and garlic

                  • Linguiça

                    Delicious Brazilian pork sausage

                    • Lamb Chops and Leg of Lamb

                      Specially marinated with wine, mint, and lemon pepper

                      • Pork Ribs

                        Marinated with white wine, lemon pepper, and rock salt

                        • Frango

                          Chicken legs marinated in beer. Chicken breast dusted with parmesan cheese

                          • Grilled Shrimp

                            Marinated with garlic and our special seasoning

                                Overall it was great for mothersday. Was not busy when they opened at 11 but got busy later. It was nice and relaxing.

                                Some table areas were a bit crowded the ac was leaking over one of the people at the table. They kindly moved us but then one of the waiters spilled water on the back someone else at our table. Over all the manager seemed pretty nice and we laughed it off but, just be mindful of the spaces around you. Food was great! Would come back but would probably be a bit picky of where we are sat.
