At Gather, we curate intimate dining experiences. Our tables are designed for small groups, with many cozy settings. We offer reservations for up to groups of six. For larger parties we do offer one large table that accommodates up to 10 guest for our “TASTE OF GATHER” experience. Please contact paulo@coccarogroup.com for our “TASTE OF GATHER”.

Gather is a neighbourhood Korean & Italian restaurant, located at the base of the Innovation Center, that draws from both owners Chef Sung Ji Park and Luigi Coccaro’s heritage. Gather draws from both of Chef Sung Ji Park and Luigi Coccaro’s family connection as well, and was designed as a place where family, friends and colleagues are able to gather around a table, to share in a true culinary experience. The menu features a variety of small, medium and large plates that lends to sharing, as is customary in both Korean and Italian culture.

    The food was prepared superbly and the presentation was on point. The staff were very friendly and courteous. The portions were quite large. We really enjoyed ourselves.

    Consistently the best dining experience in Kelowna. From the staff, the food, the relaxed atmosphere. It’s fine dining quality food and service without the pretentiousness. Our favorite restaurant without question

    Great staff and welcome, but (and this is probably never said) the portions were much too big, compromising on the plating and possible quality. Less is more sometimes!

    I am completely shocked at the good Google reviews. We had 3 of their signature dishes and the gnocchi was so plain and dull with nothing special about it that it should have been on the kids’ menu. The salmon wasabi dish was both hot and cold (and presumably farmed salmon) which was odd and the crispy potatoes were found drowning in liquid at the bottom of the dish. The plating of the dish just didn’t look right and this was confirmed with the taste - the flavours didn’t go well together and I was left very confused by it. The beef tacos had a reasonable flavour but the beef was dry, there was watery juice coming out of the taco and it could do with having more of a sticky sauce to it which holds on to the beef. The taco was well-made. The amuse bouche, though visually interesting with a glass cloche with smoke inside, revealed nothing other than some orange juice (there were ostensibly other flavours but neither of us could detect any) and additionally some watermelon with some sour cream on top which didn’t work together and dry mint (which had no flavour). The maitre d’ was friendly and welcoming but our server had attitude undertones and took a while to clear empty dishes. Overall, bizarre food and I could not recommend to anyone.

    The service was great and the food amazing! It is the best Caesar salad I’ve ever had, I keep going back for it again and again.
