Le Gather vous propose la seule expérience culinaire de Jackson Hole où vous participez à la conception et les saveurs de la cuisine et des boissons, lors des mardis dégustations pour deux. One of a few places open this week in Jackson Hole but what a treat!! Eclectic menu. Great service. Fabulous food. My husband is gluten free so he appreciated the lava cake paired with Huckleberry ice cream. Pork shank and trout were our entrees and did not disappoint! Highly recommend.

The server was really nice, cocktails were good, Brussel sprouts were super tasty and pork buns were good. Worst burger I've ever had, noodles in the Elk pasta dish were undercooked. They gave me a box for my dish to take home but didn't even ask my partner if he wanted a box for his food and just threw basically $30 in the trash which was kind of disappointing, sure the food wasn't great but we could've taken it home and spiced it up to our own liking but we basically waisted $30 instead. At least the cheese cake made me feel better about the outing.

My husband and I absolutely adore Gather-- we come here often! Every visit leaves us thoroughly pleased, thanks to their fantastic food and drinks, as well as impeccable service. The bartenders this evening were exceptionally kind and friendly. We consistently feel so welcomed. We often drop by for happy hour and it's become a regular spot for us. A recent delightful discovery this evening was their fried chicken--trust me, give it a try. The house made hot sauce is 10/10. You won't be disappointed!

Would highly recommend. Ordered a variety of dishes and enjoyed each. Noticed a high level of detail interesting flavor combinations in each. Ordered the flourless cake dessert on our server’s recommendation and it was a highlight for sure.

While visiting Jackson Hole, we ate at a lot of great places. Gather was marginal at best. The mushroom toast was too salty, the toast was under toasted making it soggy. The elk bolognese could have used another hour to cook because the tomatoes were still a bit raw. The bao buns were just okay. It was underwhelming.

We had a large group and they handled it wonderfully. Great food, drinks and service. We've eaten at great restaurants during our stay in JH and this was the best so far and many in our group said the same.

Food was excellent. Portions are really good sized. We shared a starter, and the portions were still too big! Boxing leftovers and taking them with was no problem though. Angelica was a great and attentive server.

The mushroom toast which is always our favorite had way too much blue cheese therefore too salty. Couldn’t taste the mushrooms. The trout was dry and tasteless. Very disappointing meal

We sat at a high top in the bar and as such we were served by the bartender. Our drinks, and food, were amazing, and the service was very good. The ambiance and deor is very well done and we lingered a little longer than we might have large, because we were so enjoying ourselves Being a rum afficianado, I had the BLACK HOLE SUN (Barrel Aged Brown Butter Washed Rum, Falernum, Lemon, Aquafaba, Cardoman Bitters, Liquored Cherry, Orange Peel) which I greatly enjoyed. Being on a bit of a hot honey kick of late, I had the FRIED CHICKEN (Buttermilk Chicken, Pepper Honey, 3 Cheese Mornay, Cavatappi Noodles, House Made Hot Sauce, Fresno Chilis) for my meal and thoroughly enjoyed it. Not too spicy and a nice hint of spicey and wpsweet. My wife love St Germaine and so of course got THE EMPRESS (Gin, Lavender Simple, St. Germaine, Lemon, Champagne) as her drink and reported that it was quite good. She also had an ESPRESSO MARTINI (SRR Espresso Infused Vodka, Baileys, Kahlua, Simple, Ground Espresso) for desert and said that was quite good as well. She had the SEARED IDAHO RED TROUT (Parsnip Puree, Summer Squash, Rustic Romesco with Almonds, Arugula, Basil Oil and Gather Micro Greens) of which she was kind enough to share a “best bite” and it was fantastic as well. Overall greatly recommend, and can't wait to come back!

We ate at GATHER with a group of 10 on Sunday evening and everyone loved their meal so my husband and I decided to make another reservation for Saturday evening after all our houseguests had left! Service was very attentive, had great recommendations, food was exquisite, drinks were perfect. We'll be back!

The food is consistently phenomenal! Love the pork buns and the burrata and the fried chicken. Best ever! Last night, we had a girls reunion of four while the Pinedale High School ski races are here. Our waitress was also a ski instructor and was fantastic. Very attentive. One of my favorites in Jackson!!

We loved our experience at Gather so much we went on back to back nights during our trip to Jackson, Wyoming. The service was excellent, very attentive and we received great recommendations on dishes, such as adding the fried chicken to the curry noodles- delicious! Drinks were outstanding, especially enjoyed the old fashioned. Sitting at the high top in the bar area was perfect for us and we will request in the future. Dishes we particularly enjoyed including the aforementioned curry w/chicken, were the pork shank, bison short ribs and the Jackson Hole donuts.

Yum. Everything was delish. Get the rib eye! We have eaten a lot of steak and this was one of the tastiest.

We had excellent service from Rosie! She took care of all our special needs and worked with the bartender on a new drink with Elderflower for us! The vegan options were DELICIOUS and we appreciated that there were several choices.

Unique restaurant with exceptional food. We had the Crispy Brussels and even if you do not like Brussel sprouts you just might love these! Hands down the best Brussel sprouts I have ever tasted with an explosion of flavors...highly recommend! We also had the Fried Chicken. If you are from the South, go in with an open mind. This is not like any southern fried chicken I have ever had, but had a wonderful unique flavor...delicious! Overall, great experience and would most definitely go back again.
