Gather Craft Kitchen & Bar, located in The Leaf at Assiniboine Park, explores food from across cultures, incorporating fresh, locally-sourced, and seasonal ingredients from our gardens. Craveable dishes incorporate traditional flavours and techniques from around the world, inspired by the nature that surrounds us all. Pickled, preserved, fermented or straight off the vine, local ingredients are creatively prepared to highlight the amazing growers and farmers in Manitoba. Inventive, botanical cocktails made with herbs grown in-house, seasonal fruits, and house-made syrups will delight the senses.

Loved the overall vibe, food looked amazing and tasted good. Our server was amazing! Loved the Latin music vibe too

Appy plates were dirty, app was over done and service was a bit slow. But the flavours were all there, our wait staff did their best, and the dessert was delicious.

My wife and I went to the restaurant for our anniversary. We had an amazing meal. I would say the Gather Craft Kitchen served the best meal that we have had in a long time. I had the Marinated pork tenderloin, miso-marinated grilled cabbage, potato pave, apple butter demi glace, cinnamon sugar chicharron GF which exceeded my expectations. My wife had the Coconut korma curry, sweet pepper chutney, charred cauliflower, sweet potato, jasmine rice, toasted cashew, yogurt, chili threads GF and said the same about her meal. Everyone from making reservations to the front staff and server were excellent. Very polite and attentive.

Had Gus (I believe that was his name) and it was a very nice experience. He explained to us how busy the service was that day and warned us that the food might take a little longer than expected, which my girlfriend and I appreciated! The food and the drinks were awesome 11/10 :>

The food was delicious and the service was great. The dinner was paced out very nicely with time to relax. I only have issues with the noise level as sometimes it was difficult to hear my partner.

This was my first visit to Gather, and I will definitely be making a return visit! Overall, it was very good. The food was delicious and the service was top notch! I ordered a peach mojito to start, and although I appreciated the look of it, the taste was underwhelming. We ordered a bunch of small plates to share. The roasted carrots and the Brazilian cheese puffs were especially good. We also ordered the meatballs, the poutine, and the Burrata. The poutine was quite tasty, but a little too rich for my liking. The meatballs were good and piping hot! I would not order the Burrata again. It was okay, but a bit too bland. For dessert I ordered the brownie, it was very decadent but too much sweet for one person. Share it! I would also think they could offer a bigger scoop of ice cream for the high price tag! Our server was polite, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable about the menu. She was able to answer questions and make recommendations. She was very attentive and checked in on us often. Overall, a lovely lunch worth a return visit!
