Chef Luigi Garibaldi is ready to provide you with a wonderful culinary experience in downtown Kingman AZ. We have beautifully transformed a historic dining area formally known as the Brunswick Hotel. This dining room has been renovated to include as many of the historic original pieces possible, from the original 1909 build of this historic landmark. Chef Luigi's passion for food and perfection shows in every dish he creates. He provides you with the very best ingredients cooked to perfection.

Chef Luigi’s style of cuisine is Italian, although he has multiple areas in which his culinary magic shines. The main menu for lunch and dinner includes many Italian favorites, such as Chicken Parmesan, Risotto, Spaghetti and Meatballs, and Lobster Ravioli. Chef Luigi also includes perfectly cooked steaks and other delicious favorites such as the Beef Wellington, a favorite of all who experience it.

Deliziosa!! Amazing as always, and love being pampered by the staff! Family restaurant with thier family treating u like family. Love dining here for lunch and dinner, and always hard to choose a dish because they are all deliziosa!! 😋

Garibaldis really needs to add to the menu and website that beef Wellington is only available with a request for it before you go to eat there. Had a reservation for 5:30 and tried to order it and it does state limited availability but they just opened and the server stated they were all reserved for the night. Very disappointing as I was looking forward to having it. Server acted as if we should knows and when a suggestion was made to state it more clearly she got very upset and asked if I wanted something different. I asked for another minute to decide and she said why don’t I just bring you the check for what you have. Drinks and an appetizer. We said fine are you asking us to leave and she said yes. Will NEVER go there again!!! Rude, condescending and absolutely no sense of customer service!

Great Fine Dining Dinner experience for a special occasion or for just someone special. Food and Desserts looked like they just came out of the Bon Apetit Magazine. Everything was cooked to perfection and the aroma and tastes were amazing. It wasn't very busy when we were there so the staff were very attentive to all the tables. The only downside was the lack of greenery on the tables and jazzy elevator music playing in the background. Why go to Laughlin or Vegas when we have Garibaldi's in our back yard?

We enjoy eating dinner at Garibaldi's. The food is always cooked perfectly and very tasty. We are treated like family and we appreciate the quality the entire Garibaldi family puts into this restaurant, a real Kingman gem.

First, the food was perfect. Especially because the side dishes (I selected the creamy risotto and asparagus) were wonderful, the risotto was pleasantly rich with warm cheese flavors, perfectly cooked, and the nice fat spears of asparagus were lightly grilled, just enough to slightly render the spears just tender enough, but with a nice moist crunch still intact. I had the rack of lamb, excellent meat, properly medium rare with a nice balsamic glaze that added a nice subtle note that let the taste of the lamb shine through. Starter and dessert were very nice too. The service could be a little better, it was friendly and nothing missed, but felt a bit rushed. It was a great experience, would have been happy to slow down a bit and enjoy more! Will definitely go back, we want to try the other selections on the menu, we’re sure they’ll be just as perfect!

We love the location of this place and that it’s located on historical Route 66. We’ve had lunch here numerous times and it’s always delicious, so we weren’t surprised at how amazing our dinner was! The beef Wellington is incredible and was such a treat! We also had the Caesar salad and the presentation and taste was fantastic! We’ll definitely be back!!!

We would highly recommend. Food came out a bit fast, great portions. Very delicious. We had spaghetti & meatballs and the Lobster ravioli. We'll be back!!

Sensational food, the filet was melt in your mouth good and the sides were perfectly paired. Our party of 6 were greeted with kindness and served with outstanding service the entire night. We were all extremely pleased with the meals we chose and the desserts!

This was one of the best dinners I have had in a long time! The food was AMAZING, the staff was friendly and attentive, and the restaurant was beautifully placed in the old Hotel Brunswick. I look forward to having more date nights here!

We are so blessed to have such a great restaurant in Kingman! The food was incredible and so was the service!! We don’t usually go out to dinner because my cooking is better and we feel crappy after eating at most places, but we will definitely be going back to eat at Garibaldi’s!!

My husband and I had one of the best meals we’ve had in a long time. We both had the filet minion which was cooked perfect, and we didn’t even need a steak knife to cut it with. The balsamic glacé was so delicious on the steak. We will definitely be back.

We’ve been to Garibaldi’s enough that they know us, especially one server, who came over and greeted us. The salads were a lot bigger than we expected. They were very fresh. We got the ribeye (him) and the rack of lamb (her). Both got the risotto and green beans. They were generous portions and sooo good. Highly recommend.

As always excellent food, I had the lobster ravioli with lobster chunks mixed in and hubby had the ribeye!! From the moment you walk in it smells divine and service is fantastic!

Our second visit for dinner. The first time was excellent and this visit was absolutely outstanding. Beef wellington rivals Hell's Kitchen LV and the lobster ravioli was perfect. The best kept secret restaurant in AZ. Will be our "go to" place from now on.

Food was delicious. Felt a little bit rushed during our meal. For example, salads were delivered before we barely started appetizer. Entree was brought to table before salads were finished. Atmosphere was not what we expected, as our party of four was seated by the kitchen and restroom.

The preparation and presentation of the food was good. The quality of the proteins used were not what I expected. The chicken was tough and rubbery, this happens often when products are purchased on price rather than quality. The lamb rack was also tough and had very little flavor on it own. I would rather get half of a domestic rack of lamb instead of an imported rack. The grain finished Australian lamb is quite good. Very similar to domestic. The NZ lamb can be hit or miss.

This was our first visit. It will not be our last. I had the chicken fettuccine. The sauce was creamy and delicious. The inclusion of squash was very good. I look forward to going back and trying the ribeye.

The service was first class and the food was very good. It would be nice if the ambiance was not so plain, with lots of hard surfaces for the sound to reflect. A few wall hangings and pictures would add to the atmosphere.

The food here is always the best in Kingman. I had the Ribeye steak and the wife had the chicken fettuccini alfredo. The steak was marinated, seasoned, and cooked perfectly. It literally melted in my mouth. I used my butter knife to slice it, since it was so tender. The wife said the chicken alfredo was very tasty and had a lot of chicken. We were both very happy with the meal. The service is perfect, you guys know how to treat a customer. Many more years to you and your family Luigi, we will see you soon.
