Delicious appetizers and dinner! The meatballs and tuna tartare were our favs. Filets were all cooked exactly as requested, and my scallop dish was delicious, but the pesto orzo was not as "pesto-y" as described. Still very tasty. The beignets for dessert were better than Cafe du Monde! Service was prompt and we even got coffee refills as we lingered over dessert! That never happens these days, so it was noticed and appreciated.

We really enjoyed our dinner! Everything was perfect-service was outstanding. Our entrees were delicious. I had the swordfish special. It was wonderful. The music was a special touch also!

Our server Max was very good. From explaining the menu to specials we had a great understanding of Gannon's offerings. We ordered the Meatballs (2) with cheese & marinara, recommended by Max, and they were tasty/filling even split amongst the four of us. We also had the tuna tartar with chips also tasty/lighter fare. We decided on the Caesar Salad and split two orders between the four of us. While they did an excellent job of plating them for us, in the kitchen, the salad was lacking dressing. My main course, prime rib, was excellent. The other three ordered the filet. While they were tasty the medium filet was cooked medium well to well done! The other two filet's were ordered rare and came out medium rare. We ordered mushrooms, onions, and parmesan truffles fries to share. The sides were delicious and plentiful. The plates also included ratatouille. The ratatouille was bland compared to the onions and mushrooms. We were stuffed and passed on dessert. As we were celebrating two birthdays Max brought us a beignet with a scoop ice cream. Again, we were stuffed from the food but somehow managed to eat most of the dessert, it was that good! Overall a great dining experience but gave a four star due to the caesar salad lacking dressing and overcooked filets.

Very nice ambiance, had a jazz band. Service was good and had an amazing pork chop that was huge!

Our server for the night was great. Very attentive and d pleasant. But the food was not up to par for the price. Everything was salty! At first we thought it was from the amount of cheese used for the dishes but even the steak came out super salty. Definitely disappointing because we booked the place for a special occassion.

Very nice experience, has a 1920’s vibe. Wife and I ordered Lamb and Scallops, both were fantastic.

Gannons quickly turned into one of our favorite spots in Nashville. I have a hard time straying away from their perfectly seasoned NY Strip and crispy garlic potatoes, but I'd like to try everything on the menu. A "can't miss" is the brisket style Prime Rib - my fiancé craves this all the time! Gannon is from the coast near Biloxi, MS so he has a passion for quality seafood and it definitely shows. The tuna tartare is one of the best I've had just about anywhere! Not only is the food to die for, but the staff is unmatched in service. Your water glass will never be empty and you'll feel like you've been a regular here all your life. I bring all my guests here and its become our favorite date night spot as well. Skip all those overpriced and overhyped steak houses in Nashville and come to Gannons for better food, service and definitely prices!
