Serving and preserving the Gaucho’s culture and the authentic dining tradition of the Brazilian cowboy of grilled meats and fresh salads. With 17 different cuts of meats, ranging from beef, pork, chicken, lamb, and fish, there is something for everyone to enjoy. Hearts of palm, artichoke, sweet beets, asparagus, caprese salad, imported cheeses, and cured meats are only some of the almost 45 items that our gourmet salad bar offers. Side dishes like garlic mashed potatoes, caramelized bananas, traditional rice and black beans, are a perfect complement to the true Southern Brazilian menu. Will not be back. We were sat at a small table by the wine refrigerator…I declined that seat as it would be busy, and we had 2 children with us. They sat us at another table by the fireplace…IN THE BAR. There were plenty of tables available in the dining room, but nope. We were charged $36 for each child….who did not eat any of the meats..just the salad bar, and not much at that. The other meats were ok…although one was served raw. Not rare…raw. Definitely not worth the price point. Very disappointed in this location as I have dined at other locations and they were fine.

Some meats such as the chicken wings were dry. The bacon wrapped filet mignon was why we went and it’s wasn’t as flavorful as the Las Vegas location. Overall 3/5 stars

Great food, great service and great ambiance. It was a perfect choice to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Thank you for everything, we definitely will return!

We had an excellent dining experience. The food was delicious. We enjoyed the cold and hot options in the salad bar. Highly recommend the beer and lamb offerings, as well as the delicious caipirinha! Service was top notch from everyone we interacted with.

It’s always an experience to come here and have a meal with my significant other. Juan Pablo was our main server during our last 2 visits and he always makes excellent drink recommendations to pair with our meal. The staff here is wonderful. They are quick to bring out the various meats and will check in every once in a while to see if there’s anything in specific that you would like brought to your table. Quality and services is exceptional and I would definitely recommend coming here if you are looking to enjoy a good Brazilian steakhouse.
