The food was delicious. However, the service was rather slow. I would recommend putting in your drink and food order all at once otherwise, you will have a long wait.

Pretty good food if a fairly limited menu. Repetitive techno music was loud and didn’t fit the clientele or vibe though 🙃

Servers were not attentive, hard to get his attention just to get side plates after food was dropped by a runner .

We were not impressed by this restaurant. The food was ridiculously overpriced. The service was dreadful despite the number of servers they seemed to have. Our server took our order, and we never saw her again. We were eating our appetizers when our entrees arrived, and the plates dinner were jammed on top of the table next to the appetizer plates. Avoid this restaurant. There are plenty of other options nearby.

Food is wonderful! Servers are professional and working very hard. Unfortunately, they are wildly understaffed! I think there was only 1 waiter when we were there for all of the tables. It took close to an hour to even get our drinks. I do not blame our waiter who was very friendly and doing the best he could in a difficult situation.

This place was bad. Really really bad. They didn't want to provide us with the "full" dinner menu, even though we made dinner reservations, because of the rush. There were 4 other tables seated and the bar wasn't full. Our waiter came once and then we had to flag down servers, food, kept having to remind staff to bring the items we ordered. I took my daughter to the bathroom and there was no electricity in either the mens or women's restrooms. They told us "someone is going to look at it." They sent us upstairs in the hotel to use the restroom but it was locked. Food was overpriced and the service was awful.

Four out of six loved their food. The other two, one sent back, manager offering another protien, the other didn’t eat much. Drinks and desserts were scrumptious. Saw our waiter for the order and then never again, had to ask hostess to find us someone to place our dessert order. Then had to ask again for the check. This was our first time there but would give it a second chance. Would recommend, however I would tell them about my experience.

The food was delicious, the environment comfortable, and our server, Carla, was WONDERFUL. She was so kind to my kids and very friendly.

Check in person awesome, waiter slow to take order, never really checked back. Just not a very good waiter. Had to ask multiple times to get sugar. Not what I expect from The W. Everyone else was quite good.
