The door greeter could have been dressed nicer. She had on stretchy pants and her shirt tucked in, as if she was at home relaxing. Just black slacks would have been more appropriate. I think the restaurant was going for a more upscale feeling and that first impression killed it. Then we had to wait for 13 minutes for our food when it was a very limited menu for Sunday. "All you can eat fried Chicken" and three side served family style. we should not have had to wait that long for the only item they were serving. Our waitress only came and checked on us once. We asked for refills on our water and the waitress did not bring them the girl who cleans the table did. poor overall service. Won't be going back

Service was very poor. They were not that busy but it took forever to get our food and always having to wait for refills on our drinks.

Loved our Mother's Day meal here. The food, especially the fried chicken, was excellent. The dessert of chocolate covered strawberry short cake was the best dessert I have had...it could not have been better. Also loved the rolls, and their gravy can't be beat. Our server was very attentive and very responsive to our needs. The meal was a great experience and worth every penny.

We had reservations for 11 AM on Mother’s Day. We got our salads and biscuits right away. We then waited till 1230 1240 for the fried chicken and sides. The server said he forgot to push button they were not that crowded at the time to have waited that long, we received the food. It was OK sadly for the cost of food was $300. We used to go there a lot before they remodeled and the menu changed and the prices increased which I understand but after this experience, I’m not sure if we will be back sadly

Stopped in with friends for dinner Saturday night, had a great night. Between us we had the special appetizer, Salmon Fritters, which were well presented with a slight crisp to them and not oily. Steaks were cooked to temperature, well seasoned. The swordfish was a generous portion and also well presented and cooked, more to the well side but still good. Sides were decent, the sauté Brussels sprouts could have used a little more caramelization to make them pop. Cocktails were excellent as they usually are, service was good overall. Happy to see the kitchen here doing well.

We went on a Sunday not knowing the menu was limited to All you can eat Fried Chicken and a couple other options none of which were a beef steak. We both ordered the bbq pork steak and sides of smoked jalapeno grits and mac n cheese. The pork was thin, dry and overcooked, the mac n cheese was average and the grits were the best part of the meal with great flavor. Over all nothing we had would bring us back on a Sunday. Perhaps we will try again on a different day when a steak can be ordered at the steakhouse. The service was very good, friendly and attentive. We sat on the second floor. It was loud at times, voices seem to echo and carry. Even though we found the food average at best, the pricing was reasonable.

Beautiful restaurant and ambiance is nice. However, I’m not sure why Yelp says it has many vegan and vegetarian options. Fries are fried in beef fat, house risotto and ramen both say soy broth on menu but server said they were made with chicken broth. I ended up with a salad which was fine, but I was hoping for something more substantial. Usually in nicer restaurants the chef will make something vegan when asked, but server was not very friendly and seemed annoyed that I asked. We were celebrating my mom’s birthday and they brought her a dessert which was nice. Overall a nice place if you’re a big meat eater.
