The service was outstanding our server was knowledgeable and attentive. We ordered a large tomahawk steak to share. The steak was flavorless and actually tough. We were very disappointed. Sides were ok and salad was good. We had wine so no revisit the cocktails.

Brad, Who was our server yesterday we very pleasant and knowledge. We had amaIng food and drinks. We will be back as were from Chicago and love great quality food, ambiance, sevice. We celebrated a birthday as the vanilla bean cream brûlée was very deliciousness. We will be back!

The service was top tier! I was cold and the servers offered me a very comfortable blanket. The cocktails were amazing, food presentation was great but the taste was just ok. I would go again for the experience but it would not be my first choice.

Fun experience! Beautiful decorum, awesome service and delicious food. I got the burger and a blueberry lemon drop cocktail. We definitely come again!!!!!

One of the best experiences I’ve ever had. Was cold and asked my server Lynn for a blanket jokingly to my surprise they had warm fuzzy blankets for guest. Omg something I’ve never experienced. I can’t wait to come back everything was exceptional if your thinking about coming don’t just go you will not regret it.

Had an absolutely fantastic meal at Gaia. Started with the beef carpacio and it was incredible. Ate almost the whole thing on my own. Entree was the butcher’s delight and it was impressively cooked to perfection despite the thin slice. The mushrooms on the side were *chef’s kiss*. Great meal, would highly recommend.

The manager was not very understanding when telling him about how my steak should have been cooked. When eating steak for so long, you know how the temperature should feel and how it should look. The rest of the food was pretty good.

Maybe the fact that we had a reservation and yet were told our table wasn’t ready (despite the reality that many tables were empty) and that we should have a drink at the bar…a bar where the Sazerac I ordered had more Peychoud’s than Rye and was the color of a maraschino cherry & where my date was served the world’s first vodka tonic made with tequila (total cost for these 2 mixology nightmares : $37)…should have sparked us to bail early. Alas… As you walk into the dining room you are greeted by columns made to look like tree stumps ala Rainforest Cafe and seated at a small table much too close to the other diners. Diners who I can only assume were Sims because they all seemed to be having a good time despite the utter ridiculousness of this establishment. What was ridiculous you may ask? Ah, let me go on… My date ordered the cucumber and tomato salad which was supposed to come with pomegranate dressing. It was served in a marble platter that looked like a cake stand and seemed like the type of salad you’d get at a Baptist after service picnic, not a smidgeon of pomegranate seen or tasted. I ordered the NY Strip, medium rare. When it arrived I had to laugh. I’ve seen thicker steaks at Waffle House. It was overcooked and not even trimmed properly (huge cap of fat dangling off the end). It did have those expertly crafted grill marks on it ala Western Sizzlin’ back in the day, though, so that was nice I guess. I sent it back and refused the offer for another one or a different cut. I contented myself to the mushrooms (ok though bland), cauliflower (abjectly horrible) and truffle fries (actually quite nice). The fact that our bill came out to $120 (gratuity automatically applied, though they don’t let you know this beforehand) was almost worth it when we were able to witness the incredible Cotton Candy dessert show not one, but two tables next to us were suckered into ordering for $45…a mannequin head with Marge Simpson candy hair. Wild.

Certain sitting areas can be very close to another party which leaves you feeling uncomfortable. But host was quick on moving me to a more secluded area. Drinks are the best expensive but very good.

One of the best meals I have ever had! Truly spectacular ……. My filet & my husband’s lamb chops were perfectly cooked & the quality of meat was amazing. The truffle fries were so good. But that salad with fresh greens & fruit was not only lovely to look at but was just so flavorful that I have no words! It was a pricy meal but worth every penny! Oh …….. the vibe was super cool too - clubby, loungy, sexy! Our waiter was a delight as well! This is our first visit & our first meal in New Orleans …….. we already know that nothing will match it!! Thanks to Open Table for suggesting it when I searched for steakhouses!

I have never eaten meat that tasted that good in my life. It was SENSATIONAL! I can't wait to go back there and get more. I objected to the noise coming over the sound system that morons call "music"—the place sounded like more of a rumpus room than a restaurant—and the management did lower it a little, but the deliciousness of the meat made me forget about the noise completely. (I don't understand what makes restaurant owners think that anyone wants to hear a lot of obstreperous racket while eating—that is insanely stupid and even discourteous and offensive.) I had the Asado Short Ribs, and it was DELICIOUS beyond description.

Will definitely return. Another great steakhouse including Desi Vegas and Doris Metropolitan. I have tried Tomahawks and have rarely gotten the tenderness I prefer so I’m going to with the Strip or special steak.

This was by far the best experience I have ever had at a restaurant. The service, food, drinks, ambiance, aesthetics, and entertainment were perfect. The staff was so nice to all of us and helpful with my mother. It touched my heart. I will definitely go back and recommend to anyone.

Although the ambiance and service was outstanding, the food taste and value were extremely poor. Our interaction with servers Kiera and Nancy was superb. They were both knowledgeable, friendly and professional. The bartender Alaya and food runner Ebu were both extremely friendly. Unfortunately, we heard and witnessed the manager Murat loudly berating the bartender (Alaya). He was verbally disrespectful, unprofessional and unnecessarily loud. It was shameful the way he spoke to the employees, especially in the earshot and presence of customers (we recorded in disbelief). The steak and vegetables were unseasoned and overcooked. My steak was cooked table side and once plated look visibly grey and unappetizing. There were a few errors with our order (drinks, sides etc.) but were corrected by our server with no issues. The seasonal veggies (though presented beautifully) we’re subpar taste wise. We requested to speak with the manager Murat. His responses came across scripted and informed us that many other customers also complain about the unseasoned food. The quality of the meat means nothing if the taste doesn’t match the description. Overall, we paid a few hundred dollars for an uneaten and uncomfortable dinner. We left hungry and unsettled.

Good food. Music too loud and tables pushed together too closely. Don’t care to sit too close to strangers and listen in on their conversation or have them listen to mine
