Gaba was created by people who love food and all the experiences generated through it. Our main philosophy is continuous transformation, we believe that as we acquire experience and knowledge what we create changes and expands. Our menu does too. We honor the seasons, respecting the cycle of ingredients and source locally, focusing on the quality of the product and the passion of the team that transforms it. Our goal is to be a place where you can experience joyful connection around the table. Our atmosphere is relaxed and friendly, making you feel comfortable and at home. We offer delicious cocktails and a varied and interesting wine selection to compliment your experience. We are also open for morning coffee and breakfast.
Executive Chef & Partner, Victor Toriz has worked throughout his career in Bestia LA and Here's looking at you. He decided to return to Mexico where he worked for Arca Tulum and Emilia CDMX. Gaba is his first project located in Condesa.

AMAZING food, the kind of place where you struggle choosing which one was your favorite dish. Very contemporary decoration, STUNNING service, well served, not pretentious small portions.

Exquisito!! Supero mis espectativas. Las setas maravillosas y el tartar de cecina increíble y el platillo de pork. Sin duda regresaré.

Some of the best food I’ve had this year, period. Coming from NYC, this is right up there with the best flavor, presentation and ingenuity wise, with excellent service to boot.

Outstanding! The food is delicious, inventive and every plate brings wonder to the palate. A fun cocktail program and wine list with quite a few good Mexican options, as well.
