An authentic upscale gaucho style Brazilian steakhouse in Edmonton city. We are located on Saskatchewan drive with one of the best city views overlooking the walterdale bridge and city skyline. We offer variety of Brazilian grilled meats in an all you can eat meat concept meat being carved at your table side with a variety of hot, cold salad bar.

There is complimentary guest parking available in front of the restaurant and adjacent side streets.

Supper was delicious.. the pineapple was possibly the most mouthwatering thing ever. I don’t eat nearly enough to make it worth the price but my partner does. That being said we walked away too full. The cold buffet was very good. Salads were cold and fresh. It was very quiet and relaxed. Staff were out with selections frequently, no waiting.

Amazing dinning experience. Perfectly cooked steak as we like medium rare. Also it was nice to see as they were very accommodating our request about dietary as well as doneness for steak. One member can only eat well done steak as we requested and they made sure she only gets loads of well done steak lol. All the meat were tender and juicy . Cheese buns were unreal so delicious and freshly baked. Fresh salad bar had lots to choose from as well. Our server brought a nice birthday plate with sparklers for our dessert we ordered . It was a nice touch. It was really affordable too as compare to other Brazilian steakhouse. All in all we had such a lovely time with a great downtown view from our table. We will be back again. Highly recommended.

It was the best restaurant I have ever been to! Everything from beginning to end was incredible. The atmosphere is amazing. The staff is kind, helpful and fun! Best experience ever! And beautiful downtown view. Highly recommended.

Was a very mediocre experience, a lot of the meat was very under done and no consideration of asking if you’d like it less rare. We eat our steak medium rare but this wasn’t even warm. Serving staff was fantastic. Just not a $175 meal.

Really great experience, the meat was non stop. Quality of food was amazing. I really enjoyed the options they had over at the salad bar as well. Highly recommended.

We went to celebrate our family get together at fumaca and it was superbly amazing. Food was super delicious. They had these little cheese buns freshly made were unique. So much variety in meat cuts and All the meat cuts were super delicious and perfectly cooked. Salad bar was really fresh with lots of choices and really loved their inhouse made habenaro sauce. Service was quick and on point . Their staff was very curteous and professional. Their pricing $50 was so reasonable and very affordable considering so much food. Way way better and less pricy than other Brazilian steakhouse (pampa) in town . Highly recommended for great food and great service. We will be back soon.

It was our first time as it was suggested by my co worker and we really loved it. Downtown view from our table was just so beautiful. Meat was so tender and so much variety. My partner was really impressed with service. We really had a great time for my birthday celebration. Great value though. Best brazilian steakhouse we have ever been to. Great location . Thank you . Highly recommended

Had to ask multiple times for the service team to bring out certain meats cause it wasn’t coming out. When they finally came, they removed the meat from the skewers forcefully onto the your plate, making you feel bad about it. For example- when the chicken hearts came, they came by with the skewer, I only wanted 3-4 pieces. The server ignored my request and started to unload practically the whole skewer of chicken hearts (had probably 15+ pieces on that skewer) forcefully onto my plate. He begrudgingly said “we only made this for you, so take it.” It felt like they were trying to make us feel bad for the inconvenience of cooking food that is advertised on their menu. Be aware before going. You get what you pay for. Not worth it in my opinion.

Second time at a Brazilian restaurant. Food service was prompt, though meat portions came around at uneven intervals. Upon request, certain meats were brought around. Had a good chat with my family while we enjoyed the food. Good authentic tunes. One waiter seemed a bit concerned about our appetite, but hey, we were hungry! We would definitely come back!

loved being able to make my wife who wouldn't normally eat these cuts of meats get out of her comfort zone she had a great time and I thought the price for what you get being a hunk of meat was pretty good

Fumaca remains the premier Brazilian Rodizio in Edmonton. The servers are friendly and very attentive, the food is excellent, and the meal suited for literally every occasion. We started going here when our children were still very young and enjoyed Sunday brunches (hopefully to be reinstated soon!), to then celebrating really every occasion, then to bringing friends and relatives who were visiting, to now having business meetings. Most excellent venue! And as a super bonus, they expanded their menu now in January featuring delicacies like ribeye steak and tenderloin in bacon.

I booked for a gathering of work colleagues and found very pleasing service was great and the table we sat at was looking at the city skyline at night. The servers were very pleasant.

We had a very nice time out with our team! The place was quiet and allowed for comfortable conversation. The decor is a bit dated. The salad bar had nice options to add to the meal. The meat was good, but at times seemed a bit over cooked. The wait staff were accommodating and the overall experience was pleasant.

The food was amazing. Everyone in our party thought it was way better than the franchised restaurant version. Staff were friendly and absolutely loved that almost everything was gluten free including the cheese buns (so amazing!). Will be back again!

The service at this place is absolutely fantastic! Not only do they make you feel welcome, but they also go above and beyond to ensure your dining experience is top-notch. The view of the downtown city lights adds a touch of magic to the atmosphere, creating a truly memorable evening. And let's not forget about the food! It is simply outstanding. My absolute favorite is the bacon-wrapped chicken, which is cooked to perfection. The Caesar salad dressing is a dream come true - creamy and flavorful without being overly tangy. Although there was a slight oversight with the birthday reservation, they quickly acknowledged their mistake and sincerely apologized. I truly appreciate their accountability and willingness to make things right. Overall, I cannot recommend this place enough. It's a gem that I would happily return to time and time again.

Went to fumaca with our group of friends and it was an amazing night. Food was really delicious with lots of choices. All the meat cuts had great flavor . They had a fresh salad station with lots of choices of salads , cheese. We really loved their bacon chicken, parmesan pork, shrimp, rump roast, sirloin steak,garlic steak and grilled pineapple was unbelievable. We all became fan of freshly baked cheese bread . Our server was very friendly and did recommend some great wines. Their desserts were delicious but surprisingly very big portions. Loved it. This is totally a hidden gem . We will back again . Highly recommended.

Such an amazing experience at fumaca. Food was super delicious and they serve so quickly. Our group was really impressed with their kind service. Great flavours and variety of Rodizio paired with lovely salad bar choices create a fabulous dining experience. Very attentive service by all staff and were seated at a table with a nice view to give an overall great night .
