Inspiré par la scène artistique du New York des années 1980 et les murs Wynwood à Miami, le Fulton Market Kitchen vous donne l'occasion rare de savourer un repas tout en admirant des œuvres d'artistes incroyables dans un cadre vraiment unique. Le chef Kyle Petersen (Ceres Table, Naha) prépare des plats contemporains aux présentations ludiques à base d'ingrédients provenant de fermes régionales, des marchés locaux et de Fulton Market Street. Brian Sturgulewski et Kristina Magro officient dans les deux bars. Ils proposent l'un des programmes de boissons les plus innovants du West Loop, avec des cocktails artisanaux équilibrés, composés de jus de fruits fraîchement pressés, d'herbes et de spiritueux. Leur menu comporte une carte sans cesse changeante de cocktails maison classiques « Art of the Old Fashioned » ou grands formats « cocktails as Big as Your Head », des bières artisanales de saison et des vins de petits producteurs du monde entier.

Overall, great. But you can't be out of ANYTHING at 7pm on Saturday, especially something as basic as chicken wings. That's your #1 prime time seating, and cheap paper printed menus can be reprinted before service. Otherwise tasty food, great presentations, good drinks, and friendly service.

Food and cocktails are phenomenal. Decor is very weird and manager who greeted us was wildly rude. Despite having a reservation we were told there was not a table to accommodate us. Bartender and food made up for it.

Hostess and wait staff was phenomenal. Back room was way to go! Loved the ambiance. The share food was spot on and soo delicious!

Food was average at best with hard to justify prices. Extremely loud to the point of making it hard to hear across the table. Won’t be going back

The restaurant was beautiful, and the lighting create an intimate and cozy feeling. The food was beautifully presented, the portions were smaller than expected and the service was slow but very kind

Thankful for marked GF options. Overall felt like price is fair for the neighborhood but expected food to be higher quality. Server was very nice and accommodating.

As a pescatarian there were options but the octopus and the salmon(both regular menu items) were extremely slimy and fishy. So we didn’t eat it. In addition, the portions are extremely small for the price they charge

Had a wonderful time dining here on Valentines. My significant other and I did a few cocktails, which were amazing. Presentation of the cocktails were nice and very creative. My guest and I weren't that hungry, so we just got three items of the menu (meat balls, Waggu steak frites, and their cheesecake dessert), which all items were delicious. The bartender was very attentive to us and assured we had a great night.

Worst Valentine's dinner menu and food. If this was an example of the "special" that chef Jonathan can do, hard pass of recommendation. Had 5 tapas. Iniding fries and chicken croquettes. I make better croquettes and fries couldn't taste truffle the first Sorry to be tough but underwhelming. Told my spouse not to make TikTok of meal as selhe was going to be harder than me
