I booked a reservation at Full Belly and it look us about 30 minutes to get seated. The a/c was broken so inside was pretty hot and uncomfortable. We had been at the restaurant for about an hour before we were served our food. I ordered the lobster & eggs benny (I believe). I’ve ordered this dish once before and it was pretty good. This time around, the toast was as if they melted an entire stick of butter and poured it over the lobster and toast. The dish was swimming in a pool of butter. I recommend if you do order this dish, you may want to suggest them to take it easy on the butter and you’ll be fine. As far as service, Our waiter was great. She was polite and checked in on us with updates about our food. I’m giving her grace because I do understand she doesn’t control what happens in the kitchen and how long our food takes to be made. Overall, I’d say this place is a hit or miss. You may enjoy it, you may not. Depends on the person an and the day.

Get the cinnamon roll!! Trust me. The best I’ve ever had! We also had the Pink Hippo Eggs and the El Diablo eggs. Both are baked eggs in a delicious sauce served with toasted bread. I’ve never had anything like it. So amazing! Also enjoyed the iced crème brûlée latte. This place offers unique food and flavors. We’ll be back!!

Everything was great minus the AC not working was quite hot trying to enjoy hot food.

I truly enjoy going to the full belly Cafe and Bar. I've taken many family and friends there. My most recent lunch experience was a little disappointing with the long wait time we had to get our food. We had a 1230 reservation on a Thursday afternoon, the restaurant wasn't packed, we ordered our lunch and a mimosa and it took a good 15 to 20 minutes to even get our mimosa. the food arrived a out 10 min after and is always excellent quality. I wish the servers were a little more attentive. They're all super nice and friendly but it's just a slow moving place in my opinion.

Great coffee and service. It’s a little noisy for my taste, but there are so many tasty items to choose from and great service I’m sure I will be back. The coffee is definitely the best in San Antonio- I had the iced creme brûlée.

Out of this WORLD!!!!!! Everything is scrumptious. Nothing is “run of the mill” very unique a dishes magnificently prepared.

Amazing staff. Great prices for wonderful food. Staff even went out of their way to provide a dip they were working on that tasting so good. Would recommend

Best cinnamon roll ever! We liked our entrees as well but that cinnamon roll set the tone. It was very busy but the staff was great. We go again!
