To complete your reservation, menu order is needed. Please let us know your order.
Upon your reservation, we will contact you. If we cannot have a reply or cannot contact you, your reservation will be cancelled. For these reasons, please be sure to provide a contact number/email that you can answer/check regularly. Unfortunately, we have no choice but to enforce such policies strictly as there have been cases of no-shows.
**We will not be able to take your reservation if you have a past record of ‘on the day’ cancellation or no-show.**

Roppongi FUKUZUSHI is run by a family since 1917.
We have 8 seats at the counter and 2 private rooms.
If you like to try some Japanese desserts, there is a cozy lounge where you can enjoy them after meal.

**【MENU】**

**SUSHI**　**OKIMARI**　 **18150yen**
**Chef’s selection of 13pieces sushi, egg omelette, our signature “Negitoro hand roll” and miso soup.**

**OMAKASE** 　**From 30250yen**
**Traditional Omakase**
　Originally Omakase has no set price and we provide seasonal sashimi, tsumami and sushi until we are told to stop.
However, for those who visit us for the first time, we provide it like a course menu that is included in the price.
And we ask if there is anything else you would like to order in addition.

**Please let us know in advance if you wish to add something special.**
For example: Add some sashimi to sushi okimari, add Kegani (Hairly crab)tumami, add grilled fish, add chawan mushi, add other your favourite hand roll such as Torotaku, Anakyu, Uni and Ikura or other items in season.

**If you have any allergy or food preference, please inform us in advance.**
Due to the ingredients available to us that day, we may not be able to make changes, if requests are made on the day of your reservation.
Please note that in cases of extensive limitations (such as all the shellfish allergies), we may have to decline your reservation.
Kindly understand that our restaurant is not suitable for vegetarians and those who can not have raw fish.
We use soy sauce to prepare our sushi rice and other meals, as soy sauce contain gluten, we are not suitable for person who wish to have a gluten free meal.

**【CHILD　POLICY】**

As for children, we only accept those **10years old or above** who would not disrupt the ambience for other guests dining on the day. We do not offer a children’s menu and children will be required to order the same course menu as their guardians.

**【Cancellation Policy】**

**Please refrain from cancelling your reservation or changing your reservation time less than a day in advance.**

In cases when cancellations are made last minute, cancellation fees would be incurred as follows.

**Day before and Day of – 16,500yen per person or 100% price of your chosen menu and ordered itens.

If you reserve a private room, private room charge (6050yen) would be added to the price.

**＊As such, if you intend to make a reservation via phone call, you would be asked to make “inline account” first.**

This was a very cool experience. Husband and wife team, and dinner felt very intimate. She took the time to speak to us all individually about where we were from, explaining sake options and prefectures of origin, and descriptions of the dish being served. The chef had us smell the fresh wasabi root as he ground it down for our wasabi. Everything was very fresh, and I would recomend this to someone wanting a omaske dinner that is incredibly authentic.

During our honeymoon, we had the pleasure of dining at Fukuzushi. Chef Toyo and his wife are dedicated to their craft and hospitality, creating an unforgettable dining experience. The atmosphere of the restaurant immediately set the tone for an intimate and meticulously curated omakase that captivated our senses from the first course to the last. Among the parade of culinary delights, the tuna with garlic stood out as my favorite. To the wonderful couple behind Fukuzushi, 心から感謝しています (Kokoro kara kansha shiteimasu) - thank you from the bottom of our hearts for such a memorable experience.
