Very nice beachfront location where we had a nice meal. The service was excellent. The grilled corn was very chewy so there should have been a heads up about that. The only restrooms are quite a distance away across the beach in another restaurant so that was somewhat inconvenient. But overall the ambiance was pleasant and we had a nice time.

Meh. Blue rare t-bone when medium was ordered. Barely a sear. Obvious just by Looking at it but still served. Charred octopus, quite the opposite of the steak. No flavor but the char. Butternut squash was crispy as a carrot. So much potential but definitely missed the mark for us.

This place is incredible. Everything is organic, local, and made over a wood-fired grill and every table is under the stars.

This is by far the best restaurant in Fairmont. Not because it’s pretentious or fancy; on the contrary its unique simplistic approach makes this place great. Be ready to sink your feet in the sand, live music and great food. We had two nights here: items we tried, pork, the picanha, the fuego avocado, elote, the palmitos and the tuna crudo. All good. Don’t miss this place.

Beautiful location, food is open fire pit cooked. Everything was over cooked and very very very woody in flavor.

Beautiful setting, friendly greeting. Very cool kitchen layout with open fire cooking. Wait staff needs to be trained better. Brought out wine bottle, cocktails for all not having wine, no wine glasses had to ask. Before bringing wine glasses, took order for main course even though we had just placed order for apps. Felt rushed. Didn’t seem to notice who needed refills nor how to portion wine. Four of six served main dishes, waited about 10 minutes for other two. Grilled vegetables very good. Excellent whole octopus. Mariscos small portion overpriced. No sides with mains. This restaurant needs something more. Overall poor value, solid food and friendly staff.

Vivo hace dos años en Mayakoba y para mi es el mejor restaurante de todo el conjunto, un servicio súper amable y que siempre escuchan a fin de mejorar su servicio. Lo que pidas es con un sabor increíble y una creatividad a la par. Mis favoritos son el aguacate, las costillas de elote, el pulpo y el rib eye, tienen que probarlos!. Una vez pedí algo especial y me lo prepararon, espero que entre al menú próximamente, tacos de jícama, les agradezco mucho Erika y Alan.
