OpenTable Presents Summer Sets: PDX This unforgettable dining experience allows diners to celebrate some of the best chefs in Portland and the music that inspires them and their menus. Join us at Friendship Kitchen: Saigon to Singapore on Wednesday, June 26th at 6:30pm to enjoy a five-course menu from Chef Trang Nguyen-Tan. The menu, an ode to both the Vietnamese and Singaporean cultures. The playlist and menu embody who we are to the core. We want to provide a feeling of Warmth, happiness and loving grace. Our hope is to leave guests satiated through a personal experience of cultures coming together through food, music and love All sales are final with no refunds.

Though the place was nearly empty, we waited for food that never came. Natch, the waiter never even placed our order. We finished our cocktails when we learned that the order had never been sent to the kitchen. We asked to settle up, but the server said we were good without paying - because he knew everything had gone so poorly.

Food and wait staff was good. Wait staff was a bit unorganized, but friendly. Floors and tables were sticky

We had the Singaporean dishes and they were not authentic at all. Very tasteless. Never going back here. I was very disappointed because I was really looking forward to some good food.

I was expecting more. Having been to Singapore but not Vietnam, I was hoping for more dishes and flavors. We had the shaken Beef, BBH and nasi lemak. Nasi lemak was very bland. Wing had no flavoring, anchovies were not crisp, fish balls as expected, chile sauce very mild. Shaken beef was fairly tender but flavor was so so. Didn’t leave an impression. BBH was good. Visited the NW location

Delicious food! Was great to try this location after having eaten at the other location many times. Will definitely be back!

We had the laksa, chicken pho, shrimp spring roll, coconut shrimp, and carpaccio. All the flavors were magnificent…a symphony in your mouth! I thought the carpaccio would be more on the rare side though still delicious. The orange Pinot Gris we had was fantastic! The table felt a bit sticky and one more staff person would have been helpful. Overall it was a delightful experience!

Update: just stopped in for a quick bite and tried a bunch of appetizers…. SO GOOD 5 stars!!! Amazing food and delish cocktails—my husband and I enjoyed ourselves immensely and thank goodness we live close by, I was so full I felt I could roll back home
