Our 1st time at the restaurant. Room was very crowded. Service was quite poor & slow. Needed to ask for everything: set up, bread(multiple times), more water (multiple times) etc. Food was barely satisfactory: appetizer-shrimp & calimari was greasy; morrocan lamb-dry & lacked different vegetables; paella-fish & mussels good but rice mushy. It was a very disappointing experience.

This was Palm Springs restaurant week. The prix fixe menu was excellent. The tree of us were very impressed as this was our first time at French Rotisserie. We will definitely be back.

Love this place for special dinner. Cocktails at $18 are too expensive but delicious. Will definitely go back again.

Excellent lunch, the starter Cesar salad and main entree Le jambon beurre baguette were exceptional. Waiter was very attentive. Thank you!

They never disappoint. My favorite for lunch has always been the Ham & Brie Sandwich on fresh crusty French bread. It was wonderful as always!

I wanted to like it! Heard from a friend who went months ago that it was incredible. I do not want to be negative about local businesses-but hoping they can find me criticism constructive! -was very short staffed and the place was full - on a Restaurant week night. -had to ask three times for a cocktail and before we ordered the food. -flagged down several servers including the hostess who was so helpful and nice. -same thing asking several times for our placesettings and waited several minutes AFTER food was served to receive them - I thought they would have been on the table already? -The escargot was tasty once I could extract from the shells- it was difficult - and one had nothing inside -they were quick to bring the check and receive payment - by then there were not many patrons left. -the AC was either not working or it was set to save money - we were so hot after being there for 15 minutes we all left puddles of sweat when we got up to leave. -also asked several times for water refill. Again - I hope they improve on these points - you want to relax at a restaurant and not have to flag people down for the basics.

Wonderful experience. The menu selections were very special. The service was very attentive and helpful. This is the perfect place to splurge and have a special meal. We will be back.

we dined during Coachella Valley Restaurant Week so the restaurant was fully seated. A slight wait between courses but it was pleasant with friends and did not mind the wait due to a full dining room. Food was delicious and desserts are heavenly.

one of the meals was not great, told the server about it and she took it off the bill. Great customer service recovery. The other meals were really good. Highly recommend this place.
