Excellent all around. The staff are so attentive to every need. Drop your napkin- someone is immediately at the table with a new one; table clearing and cleaning is exceptional between courses. Food was freshly prepared and delicious.

My favorite restaurant in Cancun The service and food are outstanding! Tuna Mignon is my go to for dinner. The ceviche is delicious and soooo fresh ! Great spicy margaritas as well !

Fred's has amazing food with a perfect lagoon location. The service is exactly what you would expect. All this comes with the cost places like this can charge. You get what you pay for and Fred's may lighten the wallet, but it is so worth it. *if you order raw seafood, you will have nats/flys out on the deck.

Staff and manger were excellent. Great reccos and the table side banter was awesome. CJ and Christopher the manager made it a night to remember. Incredible views and atmosphere. Will go again.

We were greeted at the front desk , upon arrival with very friendly ladies . The restaurant has lovely decor and the tables are well spaced . Nice music and there’s an outside area for dining as well . Our waiter was “ JC “ .. he was happy , knowledgeable and attentive. He kept checking on us throughout the night . His recommendations on the menu were spot on . It was as our Anniversary and they went out of their way to make it special . The manager even came by and “ thanked us for coming “ . I highly recommend this lovely restaurant.

Incredible experience. Immediately upon arrival the entire staff was beyond friendly. Very attentive and speedy service. Food was delicious and fairly priced. Would highly recommend.

Highly recommend. Food, service, ambience all great. Jorge was our server. He didn’t miss a beat. Went at 6:45pm to catch the sunset and sat outside. Beautiful! We will be back.

Musica muy fuerte, solicitamos reducir el volumen un poco y nos dijeron que no. Sólo había dos mesas y nosotros. Un platillo muy bueno el otro no. Precios caros para lo que es

Amusingly inept service. Fortunately my husband and I were in good moods, so we were able to laugh at service oversights. We’d ask for something and the server would say “yes, right away.” He’d scurry off and forget. We’d wait and wait then he’d return empty handed, look over at us and say “Oh!” and scurry off again for a several minuted. This went on all evening! The food was just okay with Sky high prices. Wine prices were exorbitant.

Excellent experience at Fred’s. Luis was a fantastic waiter who was attentive and had a great sense of humor. Presentation and food were top knotch. Highly recommend!

Owned by Anderson group which owns Harry’s and many others, Fred’s is a seafood focused restaurant. My family dined there on a random Wednesday and despite a request for a nice table to celebrate a bday, we had an indoor table near the kitchen w constant traffic. Our waiters were nice but not overly knowledgeable about the menu and could not make recommendations….food was average at best and $$$$ - would not go back…not a great Anderson concept compared to others

Fui con mi familia y nos fue de maravilla ! La musica increíble, canciones clásicas y con el volumen perfecto para poder platicar tranquilamente. Los alimentos estuvieron deliciosos, sobre todo, una preparación especial que pedimos ( no en la carta) y que el chef Daniel, se lució porque de verdad le quedó exquisito. Sugerencia que ese platillo lo metan a la carta ( puede ser Pescado a la Diego en mi honor, jaja). Muy buen servicio y el lugar sumamente agradable. También el Kid Club la pasaron mis hijos sumamente bien. Felicidades !

We ordered the seafood platter (for two), which included the shrimp cocktail, stone crab, Alaskan king crab, and oysters. Everything was delicious, and the service great, but my husband didn’t feel well after eating the oysters. I don’t eat oysters, and I didn’t have any stomach issues. I would recommend Fred’s, but don’t eat the oysters.

Fred’s is always an experience to remember. I love the new DJ booth. The music was wonderful!

Awesome time at Fred’s for my friends birthday dinner. Seated outside, watched the sunset. Food was mostly all great - the lobster roll was not very good however. If you’ve ever had a lobster roll on the East Coast… well… this one definitely does not compare! The servers were great, very attentive and the restaurant itself was beautiful.
