The entire evening was fabulous. Ben Dunill is an amazing talent and his accompanying musicians equally wonderful. Ben is a pro in every way including his comments, stories and his professionalism on stage We followed him from Bin 101 in White Rock and look forward to his next show.

It is certainly a great place to catch up with family and friends. The live jazz performance was quite delightful! I’d highly recommend every Vancouverite to give this place a try!

We went to Frankies for the first time to see Benjamin Deschamps and we loved it. The food was delicious and the service amazing! It was a great ambience! Definitely go! We will be back!

Food and service were very good. If you go to Frankie’s you need to be prepared to adhere to the “Noise Policy,” which means no talking during the music sets. A bit authoritarian for our liking and we weren’t keen on this particular jazz group. Nonetheless, it’s always a great night out with friends and worth going!

We were there as part of an overnight stay at the Georgian Court hotel. We have visited the Jazz club before as they are tied to the hotel through the kitchen. As I booked early, we had excellent seats. The server was someone we had on a previous visit. ServIce was excellent . The music wonderful and the ambiance attentive.

Great night, with welcoming and friendly staff and customers. Requested to sit with a clear view of the musicians so my aspiring jazz musician son could see well and we were given front-row seats! He was thrilled. Enjoyed the food and recommend the beef dip and meatballs.

Always love and enjoy Frankie’s. one of the favourite places. Food is exquisite, service is wonderful. Quite a hassle to find parking, so arrive early (much early.) Seating arrangements are not the best. There are are only a couple of tables that have good visibility of the performance. The place is always a must visit. Regularly!

I have been to Frankie's a few times and am aware of the reason that there is a notice on the tables regarding "INDIVIDUALS" to keep it down during a performance and am in full agreement. However, when "INDIVIDUALS" bring a "TODDLER" to a performance and nothing is said to them about their "LITTLE BOYS" toddler outbursts, that's when I have to say something. Adults have been asked on some occasions to keep their voices down in the past, why not parents with a toddler? Quite frankly, why even have a toddler there in the first place? It was an "ADULT" venue as far as I am concerned and "IF" they must bring their child, he/she should be kept quiet and out of the way. Not a happy patron.

Hi Josephine, We thank you for your visit and for taking the time to provide us feed back. Our manager did speak to the parent of the toddler as we do with all patrons to respect our noise policy. We have never had an issue such as this before and are currently evaluating age restrictions.

The music this time was closer to jazz than previous times. The food was delicious, although on the expensive side for what we got. The service was outstanding: attentive but not overbearing. Overall, I'd say we got excellent value for our dollar both in entertainment, food, & service.

Absolutely enjoyed our evening! The biggest negative was the hostess! Zero smiles, totally unwelcoming and ushered our reserved party to the absolute worst table in the place. It was not full at this point. Asked for another table and she begrudgingly obliged. Turned out to be fabulous seating. Glad I spoke up. Our server was wonderful! Food was good. Entertainment was fabulous! All in all a great night! Would recommend! That hostess though, needs an attitude adjustment!

My guest had a simple salad with chicken as she did not desire a full portioned meal and was satisfied with the combination of greens. On the other hand, I had the Calamari which was seasoned well and cooked impeccably. The appetizer menu the Calamari came from looked varied and inviting as were the side of olives we had to nibble on.

This was our 1st time at Frankie’s. We are seniors living in Maple Ridge and not at all confident about travelling to dt Vancouver. We came to hear the Jill Townsend jazz band. We had heard her group Inc.Burnaby several months ago and were impressed! Parking was easy close by. From the efficiency of being seated, the service by waiter/waitress throughout the evening, the excellent food (we tried something from each category on the menu), and the ability to thoroughly enjoy the music we went to hear, we were impressed and left feeling that we had a special evening. We will be tempted to do this trek again if we hear that her orchestra (or other favorite musicians are performing at Frankie’s! Thanks for a great evening!

This was the first time in a long time to Frankie’s. The jazz was fantastic. Highly recommended. We had a nice table to see the stage from. No complaints about the food or service. We will certainly go again.

Frankie’s is always awesome. Great music, on this occasion the amazing Champian Fulton was in town and stellar as always. Food and drinks always delicious and the staff are amazing. I love this place and I call it home 2 because it is so comfortable and delightful every visit. Cory and the team are top notch and deliver every time🫶

Such a lovely experience with our brilliant waitor. We were barely sitting for long before being greeted with all our needs, and his recommendations were excellent! We went for my partner's birthday and they were so lovely and accommodating to make it an even more special time than it already was. The music, food and setting was all so gorgeous and it is 100% worth a visit, if not many more!

Simply outstanding. Love the ambience. I love that folks remain quiet during the shows. That otherwise you can hear conversations. This is a special spot, that really reveres jazz. Our server was fantastic. Even though our seats were at the back, it was a great sightline, regardless. Loved the food, the mood, the jazz. Heaven.

Another very entertaining evening at Frankie's Jazz Club seeing Peter Bernstein (guitar) from New York perform along with local musicians, Jodi Proznick (stand-up bass), Jesse Cahill (drums), & Tilden Webb (piano). Great music, acoustics, ambiance, food, service, & conversation! As soon as you walk in the door to Frankie's, you know you're gonna have a good time.... Cheers!!

One of the best meals out I've had in a while. The food was good and not overpriced, and the service was impeccable. The live jazz was also world class.

Frankie’s is always a good time with local, national and international jazz acts. The staff are lovely and it’s great to go to a space that is a listening gig so you can really enjoy the music. Last night Peter Bernstein played, a world renowned artist based in NYC, stellar!
