My visit was for a Mother's Day Brunch. I thought the food was excellent, the price was a good value. Everyone seemed happy. I think they could have used a second bartender, but despite a short staff they worked hard and were friendly.

We were pleased to get a last minute Mother’s Day reservation here. They had a fixed Mother’s Day brunch menu advertised. I believe they were short-staffed which could explain our experience. Our server was lovely but did not check in with us much, I had to flag her down several times, once for a drink order, then she brought the drinks we ordered but forgot to bring water so i had to flag her down again to ask for water. The buffet had a nice selection of food but some mustve been sitting there for a long time and hadnt been refreshed. There were pancakes but no syrup, the huge bowl for fruit salad sat empty, a large plate of bacon sat next to the buffet as though the kitchen left it there and forgot to put it in the chafing dish. It sat there the entire time we were there and we witnessed people walking by and picking off of it with their bare hands. There was an eggs benedict on the buffet menu and when i cut into it the yolk was cooked through and very dry. Eggs to order was advertised on the online menu but one in our party ordered an omelet and although it was fresh and tasty it took more than 20-25min to get to the table and most had finished eating by then. The women’s bathroom was messy and dirty and there was no toilet paper in two of the stalls. It looks like a nice place that maybe generally is kept well. Theres a beautiful view and the bar area is pretty. Maybe they arent used to a buffet or to larger holiday crowds? The food i did eat (other than the benedict) was fine. Not exceptional though and there werent enough options for a $39 price tag for an adult. Chicken picatta and dry overcooked cod are not worth $40. There wasn’t a beef option. Our bill was well over $200 for 2 adults and 4 kids and unfortunately I felt we couldve gotten a more satisfying and more freshly prepared meal at our local diner for less than half the cost. Perhaps Frankie’s is on the right track but like many businesses are understaffed and just needs more hands on deck.

Mother's Day: The service was awful. 25 minutes after seating, I went to find someone to take our drink order. We had to find a second server to bring over milk for the coffee because they never returned. We waited 20-30 minutes after finishing before sending my husband to find someone to get the bill. They overcharged for an additional adult and then came over twice to ask what we needed to be corrected on the bill. There were only 5 adults present, and they charged for 6. The restaurant is loud. The tables were decorated with flowers for Mother's Day, and the food was delicious. I wouldn't return to the restaurant though. The food could have been the best in the world, but if you have to run after the staff to get a coffee or the check, it's not worth it.

We came to Frankie’s for a late dinner and loved it! They have something for everyone with foods ranging from American, Asian, Italian, Spanish and Portuguese. Everything is made with fresh quality ingredients which we loved. Drinks were tasty and we enjoyed the live music! Will definitely be returning.

Went for lunch on a Saturday afternoon. Very few people there at that time. With that being said, the service was very slow. Waited about 15 minutes after sitting down for our waiter to come. He also forgot to bring one of the entrees out, and it got dried out sitting under the heat lamps. Nice person, but not to attentive to his job. Maybe he was new. The rest of the food was very good, and it was a nice space. There was a dj there at lunch, and the music was pretty loud, especially the bass. I will go back to try it again.

First time eating at Frankie's and it did not disappoint, the menu was very diverse but had excellent choices. I chose the General Tso chicken and it was very good. They had a live singer there and he was good as well overall it was a very nice experience and will definitely go back and try other parts of the menu.
