Food was good, service was excellent. The lighting was horrible …. In redecorating for ambience, the lower lighting is a real issue. Four or five of us were using our flashlights to read the menu.

Unfortunately no pictures of what we ate, as we were busy catching up with each other. We did all agree we thoroughly enjoyed our entrees. Everyone from greeting us to the time we left were very pleasant! By the way our beverages were delicious as well! Thanks for a wonderful evening dining at Franconellos!!

Always terrific! Never had a bad meal there and their meatballs are exceptionally good! In fact all their dishes are delicious!!!

1st let me say, The food was delicious. However, after We sat down, we were told 35 minutes after waiting that the kitchen is a little behind(and we’re not giving a refill on bread). We ended up getting our food 50 minutes later but had to pay, wrap it up & eat later (i live an hour away so microwave it) When asked what happened the waitress informed us that they had a catering event so our orders were pushed to the side until that was done. If this was informed at the start we would’ve politely came back at another time as we were on a time crunch. Also suggest maybe blocking out the reservation times if you know that you are busy with a big catering order. When I finally made it home and reheated the food, it was very good.

This was a noon lunch for 3 people, so only a few tables occupied on a Wednesday. My Chicken Marsala was delicious but the chicken was over cooked. I am a regular customer but didn’t send the chicken back since I was hosting guests and didn’t want to highlight the issue. It also was served with a side of over cooked pasta in a red sauce- odd. I will go again hoping this was an off day for a lunch meal.

Franconello's has become our local go-to restaurant for the past year at least. Ambiance, food, service and a friendly, happy atmosphere always add up to a positive experience for us.

Went to celebrate a birthday. Food, drinks and service was great! Nice relaxing rustic Italian ambiance and music.
