Too pricey for the over rated quality of food. The only good thing its just accross Eiffel. Ordered for oysters but not served

The menu selections were disappointing and the food was not good. The French fries were the best item - but when we requested more mayonnaise & ketchup we only got ketchup (and at the very end of the meal, long after they were cold). My husband is diabetic & had low sugar when we arrived so he ordered a Coke to stem the low sugar. It never arrived, but was on the bill when we asked for the check. The server was hard to flag down. When we were settling our bill she finally asked how the meal was. I said I did not like it and then she asked if I would like something else. A little late! We would have been happy with a simple steak & frites, but that was not an option.

What a gem! Romantic vibe at the downstairs, nice view, excellent service, good price, and delicious food - we got the signature menu, very tender duck breast! Overall, considering everything they offer and the price, this is unbeatable. Highly recommended to stop by even with a glass of wine (then I suggest you sit upstairs for the Eiffel Tower view). P.S. Thank you for being flexible to let us amend our booking in very last minute.

Una vista cara de la torre eiffel Llegamos y tardaron más de una hora en al Menos llevarnos un vaso de agua, después de muchísimo tiempo esperar donde vimos Como varios clientes se retiraron porque nunca fueron atendidos llegó la comida pero olvidaron varias cosas No vayan nunca

The view is perfect and the service is great. I ordered oysters as an appetizer and a beef bourguignon as an entree; they brought both dishes at the same time and the oysters were not served on ice. I was either going to eat a cold beef bourguignon or warm oyster. I decided to eat my beef bourguignon and ended up sending the oysters back. They did take the oysters off the bill. Other than that it was great. Good drinks, good food, great view of the Eiffel Tower!

You don't come here for the food. You come here for the views of the Tour Eiffle. Wine list poor. They specialize in cocktails. The menu at the restaurant does not match the menu on line. A pre-fixe menu with a hot dog...really?-this is Paris. My husband's meal was not edible. I ordered the entrecot and we shared. Views of the Tour Eiffle--amazing.

The service was really terrible – slow, adjacent tables weren’t being cleared so pigeons were all over the place, and we had to ask for our drink orders several times.

If you are looking to dine and look at The Eiffel Tower, this is the place. It’s a boat parked on the Seine, right under the tower! Service is great and the tables are small, but the staff is amazing and they will help you figure it out! Totally worth it!

very nice business lunch with clients from New Zealand (before the noise of the game on Sept 8th) food was nice, service top and the view to the Eiffel Tower was outstanding for my clients top advice from @lesbateaux de julie

Unfortunately a huge disapointment. Simple: our reservation, confirmed on opentable, was not considered. Arriving at the restaurant we were told there was a private party and they could not receive us.

Great starters and main courses and desserts were fantastic. Location was also great if you’re looking for somewhere near the Eiffel Tower. Staff were also lovely and very accommodating

I had dinner at the Penthouse and we had great time! Fabulous food, great service and amazing view. Highly recommend it! And we will definitely be back next time we are in Paris. See you soon.

Overall very happy with the meal and experience. Just a couple of issues, the first was no serving spoons with our meal so sides had to be juggled onto our main plates. The other and most annoying was seeing others that came in after us being served first and the wine we ordered didn’t arrive until half way through the meal. If they brush up on these easily rectifiable points, they will improve customer experience so much more.

The view of the Eiffel Tower from Francette is hard to top. I’m glad the food and service complements the view. It would be easy for a restaurant to lack good service or quality because people may just be there to enjoy the view however Francette did not disappoint.

Francette est LE rdv à Paris, une carte de cocktails renversante, un personnel à l'écoute et de bon conseil, la pomme de terre fondante puis la boullabaisse suivi du chou vanille caramel: un sans faute surtout pour profiter de la meilleure vue sur la tour Eiffel pour des prix assez raisonnables, je reviendrais!

I booked this restaurant for a college friend reunion in Paris ! We had so much fun at Francette. The food was amazing especially the tempura of prawns and the blanquette of poultry ! The service was professional but friendly, the barmaid even offered us some shot ! A MUST TRY in Paris !!!

I had proposed at Eiffel Tower and hoped to have a celebratory lunch. This place was old, dirty and there was no service. We sat for 10min and no one took even a drink order. It was not busy but the 4 servers were more interested talking to each other than serving guests.

If you want the ideal French dining experience this is the restaurant for you. The view of the Tower was magnificent. The food was excellent and service spot on. Came here for my 70th birthday and this restaurant did not disappoint.
