I had a terrible experience at Fox today. I made a reservation for 9:45pm, and even after arriving on time, I was not seated for 45 minutes. The hosts and servers weren’t able to tell me when I’d be seated. For 45 minutes I was told that my table was “being prepared”, but I was given no estimate on when I’d be seated. After the wait, my friends and I chose to leave instead of waiting around. Poor communication, no accountably - overall I had a horrible experience.

They messed up our orders in multiple ways. Entrees came out before apps, for one thing. Steak was not cooked to order. Other errors as well. They did comp us dessert. Outside seating was nice but music was way too loud. We like this F&F location because it has a bigger more varied menu. Just wish the service were better.
