Our reservation wasn’t seated until almost 20 minutes after our time then it took at least 10 minutes to get greeted at the table and offered water. We went through at least three waiters and it was so disconnected experience. Food was fine but flavors were not consistent or altogether fluid. The ideas for dishes were strong but execution of a simple blackened tuna filet missed the mark.

We had an absolute blast here. This was my fourth visit. All have been fantastic. It was my son’s birthday and he thoroughly enjoyed it. Our server, Foraud?? (Not sure how to spell but he was from Morocco) was fantastic. He made great recommendations. Service could not be better. The chef visited our table as well.

On the first day, I was very excited to go to this restaurant. We saved it for the last night of our trip. It was very loud and not in a good way. The saloon doors to the kitchen were very loud every time somebody went in and out. The server was great for the first five minutes. The food was Fehr, portion size on the tuna tostada was nice, the other three dishes were OK, but for the prices, the loud banging, and the weight to get an additional drink or our next course, combined to not have a great experience. The lake house restaurant on property would be my choice to go back to, for service, food, quality, and certainly price. Have to say I was pretty disappointed

Excellent service food and gorgeous decor . Will definitely be going back when we return to Orlando. Adrian gave us an amazing experience and was very knowledgeable about all of the menu items he is a 5 star waiter.

Spoiler alert. If you like swordfish, stop reading and simply order it. You'll be pleasantly surprised. This swordfish ruined this dish for me forever. All swordfish will be compared to this dish. It comes out looking like a perfectly grilled steak and goes up from there. It is large enough to share but I know I'll still order my own next time I visit. The yucca mash side we ordered was wonderful as was the cioppino like dish that I cannot remember the name.

I booked this restaurant for a special Easter brunch, believing it would be a good choice. Sadly, I was wrong. We were seated outside, which I agreed to, but then, due to the distance and the servers needing to make the trek, service was far less than acceptable. We waited for long periods of time for the simplest of things. The food set up was severely lacking. No place to make a salad or any vegetables offered, with the exception of carrots, but both times I went in for some it was empty. The pancake station was not as described online. No raspberry coulis. The small plates offered were absolutely not Richard Blais standards. The potatoes on the one small plate tasted as though they squeezed an entire lemon overtop before placing them on the dish. Our party left disappointed and hungry. Next year we will return to our normal at Highball and Harvest.

We’ve been coming here for a few years every Easter. The food was ok. Not amazing but good enough. Not sure if the value is there anymore.

Absolutely amazing! The menu for brunch was excellent and there was so much to try and enjoy! Overall the experience was great and well worth it. Cannot wait to try this restaurant during normal dinner hours as well! Will definitely be returning.

A complete rip off. We booked reservations. They didn't put the ages for kids was 12 and under or we never would have booked it. We have two 13 year olds and it definitely wasn't worth 95.00 for each of the kids. 45 would have been reasonable but the quality of food and the layout of the buffet wasn't even worth 95 for adults. We will never be back. Over 500 for a family of 4 is robbery.

Met friends from out of town we were able to have nice conversation. We did feel rushed despite having bought 2 bottles of wine along with appetizers and entrees. Somewhat disappointing all around

Beautiful dining room. Server was very accommodating when the wagyu steak we ordered was not quite cooked to order. Swordfish was stellar. Food was under seasoned. Would definitely go back in the future or recommend.

Let me start off by saying the food was amazing. The swordfish was the best fish I have ever had and the apps were incredible. That being said, the service was just very off. We felt consistently rushed through our meal. A busser tried three times to clear a plate that still had food on it. We were asked about dessert before we had even half-finished our entrees. We felt entirely rushed and like they wanted us to leave. It was off-putting in what should have been a relaxing, elegant meal.

Ambience was good, seafood platter was not worth. If I’d do it again, I would prefer ordering single items separately because the oysters were not tasty. The blacken prime fish was the only dish that was worth the price and it was the best thing on the menu.

It is not easy to find high end restaurants in Orlando. So many places with 4-5 starts are really not even close. If you are looking for the kinda of 4-5 star restaurant you would get in NY or Vegas this one is on the mark.

I had the fish special, it had zero flavor. It was not awful food, it was run of the mill okay. I live in Fl, I was not staying in the resort. I love to try new places, the reviews were good, so I gave it a go. Is definitely not good enough for me to return.

My friend and I had a fabulous time at 4 Flamingos. The decor and vibe were spot on and fun. Food was outstanding. I order a lot of cauliflower appetizers. The Jerk Cauliflower was the best I have ever had. Great, and reasonable wine list, excellent server. Just a great time! Would only have been better if we had seen Richard himself!

Four Flamingoes is in the most beautiful setting and we have been going there for years when we visit Florida. The servers have also been there for years and it shows. They are so kind and friendly and accommodating. They make your dining experience calm and relaxing and we had a great time.

The kitchen got slammed and we had to wait quite a while for our food. The staff was excellent in letting us know and apologizing for the way, however, by the time we ate it was so late the experience was not great. We also sat at the bar before our reservation for a drink and were never acknowledged by the bartender even though we were right in front of the register - he could have just easily looked up and said ‘will be with you shortly’. Instead we waited 10 minutes and then just left and waited in the reception area.

An amazing experience...the oxtail/foie gras empanada yumm! David recommended the tuna tostada. So lite. It didn't disappoint. My crab cake the best I have EVER had...David recommended "MOQUECA" it left him wanting more. The flaming keylime pie which was brought to the table, just completed the night. We are confident that every server is competent. However, David is outstanding and has been with the hotel for 40 plus years and knows how to make everyone special

First - and most importantly - the food, overall, was tremendous. Kudos to the culinary team on executing at a very high level. The steak (main course) was superb and had great flavor. Great presentation and plate construction across the board. I was there for the Valentine's Day experience with my +1 and the food was (by far) the best part of the overall experience. For the service team and management overall...here was my experience. At this price point, expectations are obviously high, regardless of the day of the year. The menu clearly stated "amuse bouche & Champagne"....further cemented by the fact the table was set with champagne flutes. Did we ever receive, or were we ever offered champagne? No. The service, and staff, overall was fine. They did their jobs. Did any of them actually engage us as if to become part of the overall experience? No. Again, maybe strategic given it was Valentine's day...but to be kind...it felt like Hotel restaurant staff...and not the calibre of service that would be akin to a dining room at the price point of the experience. So here I am...given that we had a couple of glasses of wine, or cocktails, each...and the price fixe menu was $150/per person....I am signing off on a $600+ check at the end of the night and really left feeling that the overall experience was not one that would have me excited to return. While glad we "checked it off the list"....we both lamented driving home that we could have had an adequate experience elsewhere (with equal, or better service) for significantly less overall. Again to be clear, I am not sharing any of this because 'a restaurant was expensive on Valentine's Day'...I am sharing this in the true spirit of trying to be constructive for the team involved. Final thought here is the culinary team deserves better...

Mike is an incredible server who managed throughout a busy brunch to keep up with all of our requests! Chef Shelby was as wonderful as ever. All of the food was amazing but the highlight were the amazing PB&J wings! Would love to see them on the regular menu!

Nestled back in a bungalow type setting on the wing of a lovely hotel, the place feels secluded yet modern. Food is worth the price and the waitresses and staff understand how to progress a guest through a meal.

My experience yesterday was terrible. My server pushed all the most expensive stuff into us. We end up accepting his suggestion to add the lobster to the moqueca which was absolutely unnecessary. He was looking for raising te bill clearly all the time. It was awful. I have there before and had her eat food and great service. I love this place but I don’t know if will come back.

We've been to Four Flamingos a number of times, and will continue to return. Our server, David, knew exactly how to help us decide, and was spot on with his suggestions. The Swordfish is a MUST-TRY. The texture, size, and flavor are unfathomable. This item is our go-to on the menu when we wish to impress our friends. We avoid the Wagyu, and recommend avoiding that as well, because it is the only sub par item we've ever had there. The mocktails are superb, as are all the starters and snacks, especially the Pork Belly, and Oysters. The shrimp toast, however, is the one you'll definitely want to try. Absolutely delicious! The desserts, in our opinion, were less tasty than the swordfish, which is how it should be!
