Over priced food. My burger was tasteless other than excessive char from being over cooked. The heirloom salad is underdressed and also lacking flavor. Drinks are small but do taste good. Waited 30 minutes for our appetizer to be delivered with all of our food. Made us late to the concert, as our food was delivered at the start of it. We expected to run a bit over, but rushing to eat in 8 minutes made it unenjoyable. Would not recommend.

Had an amazing meal. Everyone was so nice and service was great. Took a little long for the main course to come out and the manager comped the main courses. Overall an amazing meal and experience. Can’t wait to go back!

The place was wide open and they put us at a strange little table right next to another couple instead of spreading us out. The service was incredible a server and staff a wonderful, wonderful, very nice. The food was overpriced for the quality.

I absolutely LOVED it. The food (it's not the same as the HOB-I loved the salmon and heirloom salad). I felt like the service, access to the show (no line, own bar/bathrooms throughout the show) is a secret gem of Boston. It created one of the best shows I've seen at the HOB. I loved every minute.

I wish I could leave a review however we were told upon arrival that although we had a reservation they couldn’t honor it because there was a show that night that we didn’t have tickets too. There was no indication our reservation was contingent on having a ticket. We were welcomed to go stand in line in the rain for their other restaurant if we wanted….. the whole thing was maddening, it should be VERY clear when making the reservation and in the notifications if a ticket is needed to eat a meal 🙄

There was live music of a solo artist, it wasn't too loud. Our waiter, Evan, was a delight. It was his first week working and he did great. Very attentive. The food was delicious. Awesome place to have a meal before a concert at Fenway. Awesome place for a GNO!

We arrived for our reservation on time & were told there was a private party and our reservation could not be honored. What??? I responded to a text confirming this reservation the day before yet was told there was no way to get in touch with me to cancel this reservation. Again, What???? There was a phone number which you used to confirm this reservation. Very disappointed in the lack of effort taken to contact me and also disappointed in the meek apology and lack of compensation for this error. Not good business practice Foundation Room House of Blues Boston!
