The entire experience we had at Fogo de Chao was incredible! Our server Ray was very knowledgeable and was willing to help us with all our crazy dietary restrictions. And on top of that he was very personable! He was able to get my mom salads from the back as she has a massive gluten allergy and he did so very graciously. It was my birthday and Ray made it the best experience ever! Thank you to Ray and the entire team at Fogo for a great evening!

Come hungry and enjoy wonderful cuts of meat served table side. The salad bar is a meal option itself with a large variety of options.

Food was OK. Salad bar ran out of some dishes while we were there. The waiters with the meat skewers were few and far between. The restaurant is pretty noisy. It was almost impossible to hold a conversation without shouting. Overall my experiences at downtown and in San Diego locations were much better. Would expect better for the price.

They have a friendly staff and are very welcoming. Excellent service and food were good. It is a good place to have a date night

Food was good when they brought it. We sat in a corner and we were forgotten about. We had to keep flagging a waiter down on multiple occasions to get any meat brought to us. It was a very frustrating experience.

Complete management fail. The restaurant was over booked waited 30 min with reservation. Was difficult to navigate the restaurant too many tables and people! This seemed like a fire hazard

When u are there for awhile, they really dont bring the meats as often as to other newer tables

I came to this location opening day which was amazing for it to have been their first day serving and I’ve been there multiple times since. It’s much closer than the Beverly Hills one is to me, so I booked for Mother’s Day assuming I’d have just as good service on that day. The restaurant was extremely busy when we arrived which I expected. However as someone w/ a background working in restaurants it was complete chaos. The host seemed all over the place and we’re so involved in talking about how busy it was they didn’t realize I had been waiting there for quite some time and that’s the short version of my host experience. I waited at the bar for my table because they stated since they were busy I most likely wouldn’t be seated at my reservation time. Now thinking back I should’ve just ate at the bar. That was probably my best experience there that day out of the whole visit. Once I was seated we didn’t receive plates because guess what? There were no regular size clean plates at all in the restaurant. Servers were running around, looking for clean plates, none of the sides were ready until all our food was done & it was time to pay. Plates finally came out they were so dirty we had to wait for more. & when I say dirty I mean they were coming fresh out the dishwasher hot w/very visible old food dried on them. At that point I was disgusted and continued to eat meat only off my saucer. So many of the foods at the market table were either done or hadn’t been replaced I got tired of waiting in the long line for food that wasn’t there. I sat down & never really got anything. I had to physically grab someone and tell them to please at least bring rice out. Moral of the story, worst experience I’ve ever had at a Fogo de Chao. This location needs to be re-trained & should’ve been prepared. It was Mother’s Day, they knew a busy day was ahead. Why weren’t things prepped ? I’d really love a refund or even just a gift card so that I can get the experience I actually paid for.
