New experience however the buffet was plentiful, I probably should have gone back for seconds. I ordered the single lamb plate, I requested rare to medium rare. The first serviving came as 2 lamb chops on the skewer. It was way overdonesold brown and mushy. After a long wait the second serving was presented this time more variety was available, but still disappointed lacking the full flavor i expected. My wife's Salmon was a better choice. Might have been better service if we had a large group, however then obviously st the cost for the full service multiple course the price would have been prohibitive.

Food was great but service was horrible. The place was packed but even when it slowed down services was not good.

The restaurant was not busy at 6 PM. Service was great. The market table had good variety and the meats brought to the table were tasty.

My family and I have been to numerous Fogo locations throughout the US and this particular location was very underwhelming. We dined at the T.O. location for for Mother’s Day. You pay for the atmosphere and dining experience, not just the great food. Granted, we expected chaos on this day but was really appalled by the lack of organization, communication and acknowledgement by the greeters/front desk. They were obnoxious little kids that were lazy, careless, dismissive and May I venture to say disrespectful. We witnessed the greeters arguing amongst each other, bickering with servers, lacking motivation and truly just standing around looking like deer in headlights. No one should blame the servers, the cook, the bartenders or the bus boys for anything in that type of situation, being Mothers Day. But those kids whom are the faces that greet you and create your initial impression are a joke. Just standing around acting entitled, unmotivated and clueless need to be given their walking papers. That is all.
