Nothing but excellence! My wife and I celebrated our 1st wedding anniversary together at this lovely restaurant and Leila helped us out throughout the whole time,(We were there for like 3 hours) she was magnificent and truly a pleasure to meet! Alejandro was hilarious and also lovely! and the WHOLE team were AMAZING!!!! I already told my family and friends to come here! From the service to the food and the value was all great! It was definitely worth every dime! And more! I did have to wait an hour and a half to be at our reserved table but I also understand it was mother day and there were toooooo many reservations but it was great!

The food is always excellent. Service wasn’t quite up to the usual standard, but I attributed this to the fact that the place was packed to the gills for Mother’s Day. The staff was wonderful, but we didn’t get visited with as many meats as usual, and didn’t see some of the higher-end cuts at all. Overall, though, we had a wonderful meal, as always.

We had reservations at 5:00 pm we were seated promptly. We went to get our salads flipped our place holder to green and then the meats kept coming and coming service was excellent the drinks were great and we left so full. Great experience

This was a sprcial event with special pricing. Wine and Wagyu for $49 plus tip and tax. The event was nicely done. Food was delicious with a nice variety of meats, and some cheese and eggs, and wine was from a selection of about eight. Included in the price were 3 pours, each of 3 ounces. Service was super and there was live music which was pleasant.

Nice assortment of appetizers and meats and generously replenished. However, the half pours of the wines to be tasted were chinzy.... about 3-4 ozs

I absolutely LOVE coming to Fogo de Chao! The food is amazing and ambiance is perfect! Whether you’re there for a night out with friends or an intimate night with your S/O. The hostess Lesly is such a delight. The past two times I’ve gone she has been there and her personality never disappoints!

Hi, I had a great experience at Fogo de Chao last night along with my friends. Two suggestions I have for you are: 1- the drinks we had i guess the name was caramelized something. That drink was not good at all. Three of us ordered the same and were not satisfied. 2-At the time of check out the waitress said to us, we couldn't pay individually. He said he can take only two credit cards minimum. It was 5 of us. All this time I went there with a lot of friends; we never had a problem like this one.

The servers are great, and running around all the time bringing the meat selections to you. The salad portion is great, though every time we've gone the green salads are always wilted like they've been out too long. But other than that, a very nice experience!

Not our first time dining at fogo and not our first time in the queens location as well. This experience was much better than our previous ones even on an easter sunday where it was crowded. The food kept on coming without a long wait. The servers were friendly, helpful and attentive. Our host was also great and checks in on us frequently and not in an annoying way. The only downside was that one of the server asked if they can take our plate, I said yes so I can get a clean one for some fruits. He cleared out our plates, utensils and the coaster for me and my partner. Basically ending our dining. Good thing our friends in front of us were actively eating otherwise he might have cleared the whole table. We could have eaten more but i guess he ended our lunch for us. Aside from that everything was good.

We went to celebrate my mother’s birthday and had such a great time. The place is beautiful, the food was outstanding, and our waiter Gaby gave us amazing service. She was very attentive and constantly was checking on us, and the other waiters bringing out the meats were also very kind. Samba Squeeze Martini was delicious and the crème brûlée was a perfect ending to this dinner! 10 out of 10 experience. Thank You Fogo De Chao 😋

Our reservation was for 8:15pm, when we arrived they let me know they were delayed and we would be seated in 15 minutes. 30 minutes later I see a few hostess’ arguing over seating arrangements and one of them points in my direction and says “go seat them party of 5”. One of the hostess walk over to me and said “Jamie party if 5” she continued to say to me “Jamie party of 5” even after I told her that was not my name. We were seated and our main server didn’t understand English, she keeps looking to one member of our party and spoke Spanish to him. As the meat servers come by I am noticing there are blood/juice splashes on the table linens and then look down at my brand new shirt… meat splashes all over from when they are slicing the meat. It would be nice if they were not so close to each person they were serving, and took a little more time when slicing so to not have all the juices fly around. Lastly, I had noted that this was a birthday celebration for our friend and nothing was asked about it or done. We did have a very nice server who came to ask if we would give reviews, he was nice enough to bring garlic steaks since that what I requested. This server specifically said he made them from filets, but that’s not actually what I wanted. The regular garlic steak they serve tastes better on the sirloin or whatever cut it typically is. In short the food is mediocre, the service could use some help and it’s very expensive for what it is. Oh also, the salad bar is just okay. I think churrascaría plataforma is a better choice, but that’s in the city.

Over the last 6months I have been to Fogo at-least 10 times (Locations: White plains, Long Island, Queens, New Orleans) and the experience has gotten worse each time. It's so bad now that last night at the Queens Fogo I had to ask for plates, bread, fried yucca, lamb or most types of meat. When I complained my server had an attitude and then never came back to the table. My Love Affair w Fogo is heading towards divorce. Praying the DC location is still good as I have an event there soon.

The first time my family and I had the Brazilian Churrasco Experience (highly recommended), we got to sample all the meats they offered. For example, the chicken wrapped in bacon was delicious, as well as the steak cooked to your preferred temperature (medium to well-done). Additionally, the buffet included a variety of salads, fruits, different cheeses, quinoa (my favorite), and tasty soups (the pumpkin soup was particularly delicious). We also enjoyed the traditional Brazilian cocktail made with passion fruit. We went for seconds and left with the desire to return for the experience again.

Came to celebrate a birthday , the experience was good. The server was high spirited which was great but the run down of the churassco experience could have been better explained regarding to the process. Overall I had a great time! A nice warm and intimate environment. Management is great as well, they’ll always make sure any issues are rectified.

This is not my first time in a Rodizio, I went into one in northern Blvd, but mostly I went to Brazilian Grill in Little Brazil in Newark NJ. Fogo de Chão was disappointed and mediocre, the beans were more water than beans, not too much to choose in that salad bar. The fruit was not peeled and plain. Now the meat.. at the beginning we were offered sausages 4 times in a row… ( THE SAME ONE) we waited more than expected for the next meat, most of them more rare than medium rare. I don’t know, I didn’t like it, some meats were good, but not too much meat for the price that they charge. So, no, I didn’t like it, I won’t go again, I will go back to my old delicious place in Newark NJ.

We had reservation but we still waited 20 minutes. However, our server was very attentive and friendly. Me and my boyfriend both ordered the Churrasco experience. The fruits and salad at the open bar were fresh. The meats were perfectly prepared and delicious. I even ordered a few glasses of red blend wine which I also enjoyed! I have been to other Fogo locations where they provided exceptional service. However, the Elmhurst location has been the worst experience. We arrived at 6:20pm, told staff we had a 6:45pm reservation & they handed us a buzzer. We waited 30+ mins, asked staff multiple times about our table since people who missed their reservation & those who just walked in were seated before us (our buzzer never went off). The 3rd time we asked, they finally brought us to our seats. After we were seated & they took our orders - staff took 40+ mins to bring out the drinks we ordered. We asked for their cheese bread, chimichurri, & hot sauce, yet we never received cheese bread despite asking several times & the sauces arrived at the end of our dinner. We opted for the Churrasco Experience, but the waiters skipped our table numerous times & kept bringing us sausage/chicken/pork. After 60-70 mins of no one approaching us with beef cuts - a waitress noticed us seemingly upset & asked if we would like to request any specific cuts. Upon asking for the check, a waiter asked if he could clean up our plates, then proceeded to stand over us & watch us pay. I understand that it was Valentines day, but the service provided was extremely unprofessional - especially since tables around us were getting the service we expected. Even when we attempted to flag a waited/waitress down, they would look at us & walk past us. For $70/pp, I recommend you dine elsewhere for better food & service.

The service along with the quality of the meats was extremely disappointing. We went for my mother’s birthday and unfortunately we all left unsatisfied. 1 star was a compliment to the service, food quality, and overall experience. Will not ever be going back.
