    Food and sides were good. No rounds of filet in 1.5 hrs was a bummer. And charged for bottled water when tap water was preferred.

    First timers. Loved the bar area. The lamb chops were awesome. The mini popovers were a nice treat. Wine was bit more expensive but will definitely return

    We are regulars, but last night (for our son’s bday celebration) was incredibly disappointing. Service was bad, we had very few meat selections come our way, and there cuts were all well done and dried out. Definitely not the enjoyable dinner we were expecting

    It was awful. Hundred bucks a head for a card table jammed in next to the bar, terrible service, a wildly overbooked Mothers Day, general chaos and trying to overcharge us. I can’t remember being this disappointed in a restaurant. Brutal!

    It was probably not the best idea to go on Mother's Day since they were very busy but the experience was not as great as I remembered the first time I tried this restaurant at the Copley branch. The food selection was just ok. The level of service was fairly sub par though they were really good about coming over and serving us meat. We had reservations at 6:15 but did not get seated until 20 minutes later.

    The day of our reservation it was clear that the restaurant had taken waayy too many people that it could not handle. The buffet was depleted, the noise level and crowdedness of the restaurant made me feel like I was at Disney in the middle of school vacation. Meats except for the chicken thigh and garlic steak were tough and did not taste good at all.

    Went to the restaurant on Mother’s Day weekend, the food was good and the staff and service were good . We had a 7:00 reservation but we couldn’t get a table until 7:33, 33 mins wait time that was the only down side . but it's worth the wait

    Booked our reservation through OpenTable and even called to confirm. We reserved two seats at the bar for 6:15. Upon arrival we were told the bar is closed to a private function. We drove one hour to get there. The hostess was incredibly rude and did not even apologize and was very sarcastic to us when we asked if we could still sit in the regular area. I’ve never encountered such a rude hostess in my life. My boyfriend had to tell her to stop being so sarcastic. Would not go back there.

    We had a reservation for 3, but unfortunately one couldn't make it, so we checked in as a party of 2 at the time of the reservation. 30 minutes later and we had to keep asking about the table. When they finally sat us, the service was much lower than we've had at this location before. All of the meats we got were overcooked, the service was very poor, and the salad bar needed lots of attention. While we love the chain, we likely won't be returning to the Burlington location anytime soon.

    I will recommend the restaurant to my friends, but for special occasions only. We are middle class family, it was expensive for us.

    I will preface this review by saying we went to an event here last November 2023 and absolutely loved it, so we were very excited to attend the Wagyu and Wine experience. We were sat outside, which was fine, but we thought we would be inside because that is what the reservation specified (the chairs are definitely not comfortable outside). Then we started getting the food, most of which was good, however the Wagyu was almost entirely fat and was definitely not what we were expecting. We were brought the wrong wine several times and from our last event we assumed we would be getting full glasses of wine, but they were only pouring very small apparently, half glasses of wine. We noticed other tables questioning this as well. Also, before the meal started our waiter told us that we could get ANY 3 drinks that we wanted along with our meal (we were under the impression that it was only wines). Well, luckily we asked him to double check because the meal in fact only came with wines and definitely not any other drinks. Which is totally fine, but it seemed as though none of the waiters were prepared for this event and it was complete chaos. One thing I found particularly funny was someone in our party ordered a glass of Chardonnay. The waiter instead brought over a carafe of rose and poured it in his glass (keep in mind he had already used this glass so once the wine was poured no one else could have it). I told the waiter that it was the wrong wine and he TOOK IT AWAY and then just dumped it out. After all of the chaos from the entire night I would have thought that he would leave the measly half pour of wine, but instead he completely wasted it and dumped it out.

    We enjoyed this event. However I think more options like other events with sides (veggies/cheeses) would have been better. Great staff always helpful and willing to go that extra mile to help.

    The service is very rushed. They bombard you with food as soon as you are seated, and then they disappear. The green/red table communication is not adhered to. The day we visited felt like an assembly line type service. It’s very hard to relax and enjoy.

    Trying to get someone to bring us a drink menu was difficult, and then to try and actually order the drinks was another hassle. Not to mention it was also difficult to order dessert and get the check. It is definitely an experience and the cuts are delicious but the service was lacking. Not sure if the poor service was only to our table because we were younger than everyone there. Was somewhat worth it with the 4 for $44 promo but most likely will not be back.

    Very disappointed. The entire experience was so poor. We have gone to fogo many times over many years and always had a good experience. First time in a few years. Went to Burlington location. We had to keep asking for meat service. Most of the servers could not understand what we were asking for due to a language barrier. We only spoke English. My husband ended up giving up and not having enough to eat. Even the salad bar was dismal. So sad that another restaurant falls prey to corporate greed😔 All said and done don’t waste your time and money!

    The only positives were that the restaurant and salad bar was clean and stocked. Don’t appreciate them slamming you with a bottle of water when you ask for water. They did remove the cost but I saw that done at every table. I’d Like to see the impact of that to the bottom line monthly. The food was either over or undercooked; no in between. Servers are walking around in a daze so you had to chase them down over and over agin for anything. Do they go thru any training ? We were there to celebrate my son‘s birthday and the server who brought over his dessert did not even say happy birthday. It was terrible all around. If we ever feel the need to go to Fogo de Chão again, we’ll just drive to Boston. Our servers know how to serve and they know how to cook. And management cares.

    The food was wonderful but I would never ever go on a Saturday night. It was like being on a crappy cruise but paying for a great experience. First the check in which was chaotic and impersonal. We were seated and our server explained the concept (we had already been but it was nice to hear) The salad bar area was too small for the size of the restaurant. There was a line about 30 people long most of the night. We ordered drinks which took a while, not ridiculous because they were busy, but before they came, we were approached by another server trying to sell us premade cocktails. I found that quite tacky. Another server was walking around trying to sell shrimp cocktails. They were on the menu so I would have ordered if I wanted one. We had to ask multiple times for the included side dishes. Maybe have less people trying to upsell and more people taking care of customers.

    Top sirloin is the star here! Salad bar options very good too. Service is weakest link. The waiters aren’t assigned to tables, instead they share, so service lags because there is no accountability and no one is tracking when you were last offered water or a drink. Also mid way through our meal there was some insane backup at the salad bar and the line got so long that people were hovering over our table for 10-15 mins which felt awkward and intrusive. They need to figure out a better salad bar flow. Put plates on both sides perhaps? Meat service slowed down by 7pm, it was like they couldn’t keep up with demand. Will return but maybe not on a Saturday night. Lastly- we noted in reservation that we were there celebrating a birthday yet they didn’t acknowledge it. Brought a candle and dessert to table next to us, but skipped my husband.

    We have been here several times before but this time we were not told that the water was not free. At $8 per bottle and with no ice that was not good. Also they seemed to be giving away drink samples. Again no mention of them not being included in the price. At $14 per drink that adds up. With plenty of good restaurants in this area we won’t be coming back here again.

    Buffet was great lot of choices but the meat was extremely salt. Was my birthday but no one said anything!!!

    Over priced as all hell, 2 people eating expect to pay almost 100 per person. In my opinion, go to a more traditional Brazilian steakhouse like oliveiras for a better experience, better tasting food, more options for Brazilian food, and way way cheaper.

    I am never coming back to this place. It was severely overbooked, leading to a chaotic atmosphere where the service faltered significantly. Despite the allure of an "all-you-can-eat" service, we found ourselves repeatedly having to flag down servers just to get a taste of the meat offerings, which completely defeats the purpose of such dining. We struggled to receive even the basic offerings like the cheese with honey we requested three times but never got. I intended to introduce my husband's family to Brazilian cuisine, but the poor service and unfulfilled promises made it a complete letdown. Save yourself the frustration and dine elsewhere. As a business owner I usually try to support and understand the challenges businesses face, but the lack of respect and attention we experienced was unacceptable.

    Service is terrible. Waiter hardly came around for drinks. Servers dropped meet on my clothes. Food is good.

    We recently had the pleasure of attending the Fogo de Chao Bar Lunch Party in Burlington, where were treated to exceptional service and management. The food was great especially for meat lovers. I am vegetarian, the manager - she ensured that we were catered for. They truly went above and beyond to ensure my experience was nothing short of fantastic. The entertainment provided added an extra layer of enjoyment to the evening. The live music was excellent, she had a captivating performance, it kept us thoroughly engaged throughout the night. And let's not forget about the cocktails - they were absolutely delightful! Not only were they expertly crafted, but they also packed a flavorful punch. Each sip was a joy! Overall, I can't speak highly enough of the Fogo de Chao Bar Lunch Party in Burlington. Whether you're seeking excellent service, top-notch management, fantastic entertainment, or simply some delicious cocktails, this establishment has it all. We will certainly be returning soon for another memorable experience. Cheers! 🍹

    I only didn’t give a five for service because it could have been better. It wasn’t bad, but was not great. Food was excellent, experience was great.

    When entering the restaurant it seem to be a cluster of people and no area for people to wait. We were waiting for the rest of are group so we went to the bar area where the bartenders were excellent, by interacting with you. When sat down The waiter and waitress seem to be confused on how to take of are party of 12. The food was amazing
