Excellent experience for weekend dinner. We had a party of 8 and enjoyed the steaks and chops at the restaurant. The server is nice and the environment is comfortable to dine in.

Our experience in this new Fogo are ok. We all feel that all around service needs a lot of improvement. The gauchos does not seem to know if the meats that they are serving are rare, medium well or well done. All the servers seem to be clueless of what is available & does not know where they are serving a particular order. We saw a lot of servers walking around with food on the tray trying to figure out where it goes. This place is very disorganized. Their bathroom also needed to be maintained. They ran out of toilet paper & paper towels to wipe your hands with which I think is very unsanitary since the servers uses the same facilities.

I was very excited to celebrate my birthday here since I live in Brooklyn and they finally opened a location here! Initially, the service was very poor. Our waiter, Osman, forgot about us, and the experience was not very pleasant. Then, George, the manager, began to attend to us, and the experience went from 1 star to 5 stars! He provided excellent service, and thanks to George, I can say that my birthday experience at Fogo de Chao was wonderful!

Went despite reading a bunch of bad reviews and so happy we did. Look our server said it, they had a tough period when they opened and were all training. Is it perfect? No, but it’s a lot of fun, the food is good, the drinks are great, the people are all really nice, and the vibe is energetic and strong. It reminds me of other Fogos I’ve been to, and as I’m a bk resident I will definitely be back!

This Restaraunt is spacious and has a nice ambience , perfect for a date night , double date or family night out. You definitely get great value here . The staff was pleasant and the drinks were amazing !

Was there for lunch with a client. Food was very good and plentiful. The service was a little slow but I understand because Long Island University had a graduation and the place was packed for a Thursday afternoon. Overall a very good experience will definitely be back

Came in as a party of 3 for Mothers Day with a 5:15pm reservation — we knew there would be a wait since it was a holiday. However, after waiting 40 minutes, we overheard another 3-top check in and say “we have a 5:45pm reservation” and they were seated immediately, at the table right behind the host stand. We kindly asked the host why they were seated before us if we checked in on time and had a reservation before theirs, but she didn’t know what to say. The maitre d/main host asked me to confirm our name again and it turns they forgot about us and offered us the “patio seating” immediately. On the way to the table we saw at least a dozen open tables that needed to be bussed/turned. Our server, Tohir, was the best part of our dinner. It wasn’t until we asked Tohir if he could find the meat servers to come by since they had only been by once in 15 minutes. After that, they all came rushing. Drinks took forever. There was no pathway to/from the salad bar with the other tables all squished together… a party of 15 had to stand up just to let us through each time! Terribly designed floorplan! For $300+ there should be better management and staffing especially for a place this new and with an established name like Fogo de Chao. Tohir was hospitable, knowledgeable, and very apologetic for any mishaps during our meal. Other than that, I don’t think we will be returning too soon but won’t say never.

Waiters were amazing. They attended to every need we wanted. Food was amazing. Drinks was amazing. Highly recommended to go to this place. The waiters will treat you like you’re family. Just an amazing staff manager and restaurant overall.
