I brought my husband here for his birthday. We had a lovely time. Our waiter Jonathan was amazing. He explained how everything worked (it was our 1st time here) & made sure my husband was well taken care and gave him the V.I.P. Treatment. The food was amazing! The salad bar had lots of tasty options and the meats were delicious. We just wish there were more medium to medium well options for meat, most were medium rare. Next time we will inquire about that. The meat cutting staff were so lovely as well. They looked so enthusiastic and seemed to enjoy what they do. Overall the staff sold the experience. We definitely would recommend this restaurant & we will be back with family and friends! Thank you for the wonderful experience!

The single worst restaurant experience I’ve had in years. I informed the team it was my parents’ 40th wedding anniversary and this was their choice. The staff ignored us, was having strange meetings on the floor ignoring all customers, took more than 40 minutes (no exaggeration) to deliver one drink. All food was either awfully overcooked or not delivered at all (forgotten orders). They should close down and start over. Clearly nobody has been trained from kitchen to door.

This our fourth time since they opened. And the worst by far. They sat us pretty quick Ok. Long time for every possible service including food. We did the 49$ special which included dessert. My wife asked which desserts. They responded with any on the menu. The choice of meats was ok. But slow going and not as good at all as before. I was with three small children who are impatient to begin with. Sides took forever. Drinks slow. Food forever. We sat there for 2 hours before finished and check. That’s a long time with kids. So when they finally got to the dessert. We ordered. They said ok. Then waited about 15 minutes came back and said nope. Those are not included. So small picking for dessert. Terrible kids disappointed. Then after all that. It took 30 more minutes for the dessert which by the way was 3 slices of cake. It wasn’t overcrowded. The waiter explained that there was desserts all ordered at the same time. So idk. Makes no sense. By far the worst experience yet.

Overall it's a great experience. I can tell that they focus on the beef way more than the other meat. We have a non red meat guest and want to enjoy the experience with us. However, the chicken options are very limited, the 3 items that was provided are all the same flavor which was also extremely salty. Beef and lamb are all good. Pork options are pretty dry. I hope they can put equal efforts into all types of meat. Because overall it's a good 'big party' restaurant option. Just wish food are consistence.

Chaotic is the best word to sum this place up. Poorly trained ( I wonder if they received any training at all ) staff who couldn't manage to get anything ordered to our table correctly. First, we waited a full hour before the drinks we ordered came - - neither drink was what we ordered by the way. Seconds later they plopped the wrong appetizer down - also not what we ordered. At that point we were disgusted with the place - during our hour wait we had flagged down 3 different waiters to check on our order - all 3 promptly disappeared. Headed for the exit and will never return. Can't vouch for the food because we never saw much less tasted any. Inexcusable.

Meats meh, takes a very long time for the servers to come around with for cocktails, more than the same three cuts of meat, and the check (we waited for 35 minutes even after asking two different employees).

Poor service, meats of low quality, and with not even haft of the diversity that is advertised in their menu. Truly very disappointed. The value is absolutely not worth. There was not even any consistency, some times the food had no seasoning and other were overly salty no middle ground. Would absolutely never go back.

The server was enthusiastic but appeared to be overwhelmed. Getting our drinks and more sides at the table took much longer than anticipated and we waited over 30 minutes before items came. It was not communicated to us that we needed to get our own plates out of the buffet area so it mostly felt disorganized. Server ignored (or forgot) my ask about the check breakdown. And fyi I don't believe it was unreasonable. I asked to be billed for all of the food items and to charge folks individually for their alcoholic beverages. At the end of the night it all came on one check and I had to flag down another server to process the payment after 20 minutes. I did not ask them to modify the check so I don't understand the wait. Overall the food was okay and the ambience was great. The service left much to be desired. We enjoyed our time because of our group and the ambience. That's it

This Review I'd for the new Brooklyn Fogo De Chão. The food was delicious. The atmosphere was great. Our 1st server wasn't that great, but our 2nd server who came to assist him was amazing. Ryan was our 2nd server, and she was very welcoming and helpful. She turned our whole experience around. Ryan has the customer service that all service industry workers should have. We were celebrating my dad's birthday, and she changed his whole experience at Fogo De Chão I truly appreciated that. If you're a meat lover, this is the place for you.
