Made a reservation on opentable. Mentioned in the notes I would be early. That was fine when I walked in and was told it would be a few minutes and to wait by the bar. So I got a drink with my husband and they forgot about seating us. About 6-7 parties who came if after I did were sat very quickly. I waited about 30-40 min and ended up filling my stomach up with liquid while I was waiting. I came in very hungry with my stomach grumbling and ended up not eating as much since we waited awhile to get seated. I asked the hostess what happened and she did tell me that we were forgotten. I ended up paying over $100 in drinks when I should have paid the 20 for a double passion fruit and been seated. The drink from the bar was made a regular and I was charged for a double x2. I know this was done because I asked for a reg. and a double when we were sat down and you could immediately tell the difference of the first passion fruit we had that was claimed a double and what actually came out the 2nd time we ordered. Francine is wonderful and apologized for what happened and it was a nice gesture but it is making me upset that I paid $71 a person for me to already be full when I was seated. I just keep thinking about how much money I wasted waiting on a mistake that you guys made. I enjoyed what food we had the best thing is the parmesean crusted pork. It was so tender and sweet and this batch was not burnt at all I was very happy about thay cut. The filet was burnt on the outside again. Same as the last time we visited a few months ago. I was told that the container in front of me was bbq sauce and it was in fact a1 sauce. I am glad this didn't end up on someone's table who is allergic. Asked for the check. As soon as the check was brought they took our plates that still had food on it that we were eating.. I'm on the fence about coming back again I have been to several locations and I like it here until the past 2 visits. I hope it doesn't stay like this forever.

Our bartender Rocky was amazing, but our meat service was bad. We asked for specific meats and did not get them for 30 minutes. Once I went to the manager, everything came out perfect. I would come back again. I just would not wait 30 minutes to get what I asked for and went to the manager earlier.

We had a great server and the food was so good! Definitely recommend the tres leches for desert!

Everything that was brought to our table from the bread to the drinks, all the sides, and of course the meats was amazing. The salad bar can use some help. Next time I don't think I will get anything from the salad bar. I had a sweet pineapple, old old-fashioned was pretty tasty.

I've been to other Foto de Chao restaurants and found the salad bar to be more extensive at other locations. This one was nice, but limited.

Kyle the serve was rude and neglected the table. I was graduating from college and was there celebrate with my family but Kyle must have felt like we were beneath him. It was our first time and definitely needed some guidance but he was outright dismissive. The service manager Jacob was incredibly nice but it really did ruin the experience.

The food and staff are good. But there's still some training necessary for this somewhat recently opened restaurant. I was burned by one of the table meat cutters. Others splashed meat juices all over me and the table as they carved. A lot of the meat was overcooked too. I also had to request drink refills that should have been offered. They're learning and I'm sure it will be better on my next visit.
