Service was great, drinks were great, but tough sell at $70 per person. For food. Drink prices were very well thought out. Most of the food was great, other 1/3 was very salty, but that was to bring up the flavor of the lower tier meat, otherwise 5/5 stars

Well well well .. i guess third times the charm but not here … my reservation was at 8:30 but the hosts was kindly enough to find us a table at 7:45 that was a plus. Our waiter jordan was on his second day working, but was more interested in speaking to the table next to us about the Matrix trilogy than doing his job, his assistant was better at taking care of us. The Gaucho’s were good at coming around with the steak and chicken selection but only for a few minutes.. than all of sudden the disappeared.. i think the managers teach them to do that, to offer as little steak and chicken as possible. (They’ve been taught well ) we managed to eat only the salad bar which was half filled on Mothers Day. Half filled , So for about 20 minutes we waited for the Gauchos to show up but to only pass our table numerous times. They raised the price because of Mothers Day to $63.50 from their regular $54 dinner price. Sadly this was the last straw .. me and my family wont be coming here anymore.. because its become a rip off .. charging $63 for small portions of meat and a half filled salad bar.. i will definitely will tell my family and friends not to go here anymore. What a disappointing Mothers Day dinner for my wife.. simple terrible..

Very pretty restaurant however our service with subpar my waitress in particular I did not care for.. she had a horrible attitude. The food on the market bar was tasteless some of the meat selections were salty.. the seafood had no that’s. We received coupons to come back we will not be returning to this restaurant.

Went with family of 5 for Mother’s Day brunch at 10:45am. Nothing different except egg omelet and waffles on order and hash at the buffet. Service is getting poor from wait staff and the full dinner price for the day was +$60 for full meat and buffet experience. Total $310 for 4 full meal experience and one buffet only. Love everything about the uniqueness but this place is getting too expensive.

Food tasted good but the meat carvers avoided our table and we had to flag down people to stop at us. The manager was helpful and discounted us but it did ruin our experience for the future

Won’t be going back. Waitress was rude, lettuce at the salad bar was brown, which I know it gets but at a restaurant? Just the whole experience.

Arrive 20 min prior my reservation, the host checked everything and after couple minutes directed my group to the table. The table was ready, the waitress immediately get us water, bread and give us a great welcome. We went to the salad bar, and the meat waiter was already checking on us. The food was amazing, we haven’t finished with our plate and the guys were just in time for service more. The different meats were delicious… The service was excellent, starting with the waitress and the meat waiters, then to complement the manager came multiple time to check how are we doing and bringing water and other side dishes. The restaurant was well maintained, several people cleaning and keeping everything nice. The value was ok, but was worthy. I don’t mind to come back again soon. In overall the full experience was awesome, and my family totally enjoyed the experience. Thanks to all.

Our waitress went on break and we were forgotten about until we asked another waitress to assist us. We were seated in a very tight and high traffic area where many people nearly bumped into us going to and from bathroom. If you like your meat well done, you may not be able to partake in many of the selections or have to wait an extremely long time to eat. I most likely will not return and will not recommend, the value and good customer experience just wasn’t there for me.

Great value and overall good dining experience. Lately, some of their best meats (bacon wrapped filet mignon, beef ribs, picaña) were not as good quality as in the past and less flavorful. Others though, such as garlic steak, bottom sirloin, lamb chops were better than before. Could be just a seasonal thing? Anyway, I would highly recommend it for the wide meat selection, good buffet and nice ambience for a reasonable price.

Excellent Wagyu and Wine event. Food and service were excellent. Michelle, the event manager, is just fantastic. Everything bacon wrapped is so great!

Food is always amazing. However we did the wagyu and wine event and I know it was only like 50 a person but I feel like when you advertise for this event it should be noted that it’s not a full meals worth. We ended up staying to have dinner. Everything was great though. Our server was friendly and everyone was so nice. My favorite thing to eat here is the sausage 🤤

Not all the meat options were brought to our table. We were never offered either chicken option, or filet; we had to ask for lamb chops. Meat service was greatly missing. This is our 5th time visiting this location, and the first time we were disappointed. So that is good. We left hungry, and for the style of restaurant, and for the price, we were underwhelmed this visit.

The servers were very nice They were busy, so they didn't pass around the meat as often. It was very loud and the waitress had a thick accent and it was hard to understand her.

We've eaten here several times. Every other experience was top notch. But tonight was a serious letdown. We got ignored most of the night by our servers and the gauchos. We requested beef ribs five times that never showed up. We saw meat in the distance that never made it close to our table. I've been in the restaurant business for 30 years and I've never stiffed a server in my life until tonight. Fogo de chow is no longer the spot I tell all my friends to check out. Instead I'll be telling them not to waste their money

This was our first time coming during the day. There were a lot of children there and parents letting their children walk around people eating. That was my only turn-off. Otherwise, I had amazing service. The food was delicious! I will be back, but I will go at night next time when it's more adults.

Great place! Been there a few times now. Steak was good. Didn't have chicken for some reason. Lamb was superb as always. Will definitely go again.

Everything was coming out well done. We asked for lamb chops and beef ribs. They didn’t come out till the very end and they were burnt when we asked for medium. Server refilled our drinks with no ice. Had to wait almost 10 minutes for her to come back around.

The idea of this place is amazing. The one issue we had, and they don't tell you, is on the menu there is an item identified as a califlower steak. So while looking at everything else on the menu meat related why would you even think that the item is all califlower. The when you order it the serve doesn't even warn you about what you're order. Even as a courtesy. You just get stuck paying $39. for a hunk of califlower shaped into a steak. This was our only complaint. It was a little loud also. We will go back.

There was fruit flies flying everywhere. I had to swat one out of my face and food every 5 seconds. My reservation was at 5pm for the $44 buffet, I didn’t get any food till 5:30pm.

Hostess was very friendly upon arriving. Service was great never had to ask for anything. Andre was amazing talked to the kids laughed and was very welcoming. First time there and really enjoyed the entire experience.

We came for Easter dinner, it was packed but the service did not miss. We had 4pm reservations and were seated closer to 4:20 but again this was Easter Sunday so we weren’t too disappointed about this. Otherwise the meats are seasoned well, there’s plenty of meats to go around as well, there were several people taking care of our needs in the event our server got too busy. Overall we had a great experience and would definitely come back to spend our holiday here

Went there on Easter Sunday. Did the full experience but they were not prepared. We only got 4 meats and they were slow in between. We ended up filling ourselves at the salad bar since meats were so slow coming. Very disappointing and felt like we got cheated out of full experience.

Market table was a disaster. 20 to 30% empty and a total mess. Very very disappointing. Took a friends with us for their first ever Brazilian steakhouse. I was embarrassed for the conditions and emptiness of the market table. Dined for well over an hour, barely improved the entire time. Yes, Saturday night 7:30pm, very busy…NO excuse. They should be accustomed to peak dinning times.
