Unfortunately, this has happened many times at Fogo. It took about 15 minutes for us to get our first selection of meat and then after we got two servings, we didn’t get anymore for another 15 almost 20 minutes. We didn’t get our normal sides that come with it for 30 minutes, and then we kept having to ask people to come bring us different cuts of meat because nobody was coming around our table.

Took my wife out for her first Brazilian BBQ experience on our 35th wedding anniversary and it did not disappoint! Great food, great service! Lupe and Romeo and the rest of the team did a great job keeping our plate filled and we were well taken care of! Great place to go for a celebration! We'll be back!

The reservation system needs to be way better! Literally told my boyfriend and I were next on list for 2 people not in general which makes no sense. If you have a reservation you should be next in line no matter what not for a specific table unless you have a big group. We waited almost 40 minutes after our reservation to get seated for 2 people. There were groups of 3 and 4 that had later time reservations that got seated before us.

I have been here a few times before and didn’t have a bad experience till unfortunately my birthday dinner last night. We spent over $550 (it was 6 of us) to have maybe one person come with the same meat over and over, by the time the rest of them came it was towards the end of the night. I honestly felt like we were constantly getting skipped and ignored, they would go to the back with large groups and by the time they walked near us they had no meat. Honestly wish I could get a redo of this experience since I chose this for my birthday. I was so just ready to leave that I forgot to tell the waiter to use the $25 coupon I got for my birthday through email. Really sad and disappointed.

Ugly attitude of check in front desk girl. Awful. Had reservation and still waited 20 mins. Use to be an elegant experience we went on a romantic date night .. you should have a dress code.

Reservations were not seated within a reasonable amount of time. We waited an hour for our reservation and many large tables were getting seated before us. When we finally got seated, we were taken to a table with no chairs and had to wait for someone to bring chairs to our table! They originally told us at check in that if we could not hear them calling our name because it was so crowded that they would text us and that never happened. There were many special events taking place but that shouldn’t have made a difference when the reservation was made a couple weeks prior and they knew how many tables they could seat at one time. Like I previously mentioned, the large parties arrived after us but got seated first. That also created the problem that every time someone came around with food the large tables would pretty much clean up the entire offering and we had to wait until someone else came around. Not a good experience. Extremely disappointed overall! Wow, how things have changed!

Excellent customer service! Delicious food! Our server Michelle was very attentive and the meat that kept coming was all unbelievably delicious! Highly recommend and are coming back!

The food is not bad, however after being seated and brought our first drinks we never saw our server again and had to waive down various people when we needed something. For the price I would have expected better.
