Father’s day weekend and they overbooked their restaurant. We ordered the full menu but after 2 hours never saw any Filet or Ribeye, Finally our server asked and we let him know so we were offered Filet once. Not worth the extra $30 for the full menu when we got one tiny piece of Filet. We never got any ribeye!

Had a great meal here to celebrate my daughter’s graduation. Great location downtown. The food was wonderful. It is an experience you should have. The opportunity to sample a wide variety of meats and a nice cheese selection at the salad bar. David, one of the Gauchos who serve the meats was very attentive and even knew how each person at the table liked their meat(medium or rare) as the case may be after asking just on his first trip by our table. Mike, the manager I presume came by several time to check in on us and was Wonderful as well. Great all around experience.

It was very sad to see the quality and variety so diminished. Been going there for years and it’s the first time I had to beg for service and then after half hour been told now the “special” is smaller portions too. That is after being surprised at the salad bar with half the products and meh quality…. Not even hearts of palm. Sad but specially now that there are more options popping.

We had never been here before, so we didn’t really know what to expect other than they have steak. I wish they would explain how it all works upon seating us, especially because we had two young kids and the menu didn’t really explain anything. We thought we had to choose from the menu but then it turned out it’s just all you can eat for $67 a person which wasn’t bad. Also the kids ate for free (6 and 3 years old), and they brought me and my son both a free birthday dessert. The tres leches cake is SO good!! The meats were all really good, except one that was so hard to chew I had to spit it out or choke lol. The server was very nice though and let us know they could also bring complimentary fries for the kids. It is very chaotic in there, the tables are close together, and it’s very dim but you have to get up to serve yourself at the salad bar. Also I ordered a cocktail and it took at least 15 minutes before it came.

I was severely disappointed with my overall experience, the price, and the service. I paid 200$ for only two pieces of meat and one slice of pineapple. They did not even give us our side of mash potato’s and fried banana which we were supposed to get at the start of the dinner experience to complement the “meat” we got served. The green coaster used to notify servers we needed assistance was completely ignored by the staff, whereas all the other tables were getting assisted and served several chunks of meat. It felt very discriminatory . I even had to ask for the check 4 times before they let us leave. It was an embarrassing experience.

The cheese bread was improved substantially. Less salty and perfect. Meat was also less salty comparing to other times. Service was amazing and if you ask for a particular meat, they always serve you. My only concerned as always are front desk, who did not made attempt to find our reservation, even we were able to get table. There is always some challenges with front girls. We were able to change our seat. Thx one of directors to put us in less traffic areas. Service and respecting customer are one of main reason, we go Fogo de Chao. Salad and meat were great. But, we always miss soup. I think it is too popular.

Great service, polite & professional, consistent check ups to make sure if there is anything else needed. Great drinks & the food was amazing. Definitely would come back. Loved the atmosphere.
