We came to this restaurant for Mother’s Day, I was very disappointed in the long lines for the breakfast bar/ omelette station. They should have prepared much better knowing there would be a lot of people. They need to add a second omelette station so that there are no long lines

The servers passed our tables many many times. Had to get floor management involved to ensure we got food. This was not the experience we are hoping for. And for a meal with drinks at the absurd amount of dollars was not a value.

We frequently visit Fogo for most of our celebrations & special occasions & it rarely disappoints. This time was the exception. Food quality was as wonderful as always & our server was very attentive. However, likely due to the extreme crowd visiting for Mother’s Day, prom, and apparently many other special occasions, service was quite slow. Cocktails took more than 30 min. to arrive; our appetizer was super slow to be served (almost an hour before it arrived); & we weren’t offered as many of the meats as usual. As mentioned, what we had was delicious, as always - and our server did offer us a free dessert in exchange for the late appetizer (but the kitchen managed to make the wrong one). Just a little disappointed this time after knowing what we’ve come to expect from previous visits.

Great location and good quality meats. The brunch buffet was ok. The restaurant was very busy so , service was slow.

Overall mediocre, despite having 3 servers that seemed to be busy the service was slow and inattentive. This is probably my last time going there.

Booked a standard dining room reservation in advance and they shoved us into the bar. Our waitress did an incredible job to still make it a great experience but come on…sitting at the bar for the full experience is a waste of money.

Terrible service and the full experience was a fail. Barely got any meat and basically had to beg to get someone to bring meat to your table. Salad bar was overcrowded and couldn’t keep up with the demand of how many people were fighting to get food. Was the worst Fogo de Chao experience we have ever had.
