Service was absolutely incredible - truly best in class. Mo, Hannah and Chase were incredibly hospitable. One of the best service experiences at any restaurant.

Excellent service. The food was perfect. We had a great wine. For desert we had the cheesecake crème brûlée; easily the best dessert I have ever had.

We haven't been to Fogo de Chao in many years and the only location we ever went to has been the Addison location. When you look back at the Original riginal North American location of Fogo de Chao that opened in Addison TX back in 1997, and see what they have become today it's incredibly depressing. The quality of The experience has absolutely collapsed. When I say the experience, let's start with the quality of the staff. Today you've got the floor flooded with low end employees who don't know what they're doing which is 100% the fault of management. And then maybe a higher level problem not necessarily indicative of this location's management is the food. The quality of the food has also collapsed and that also transitions into the salad bar being equally as low tier. Okay so how do you fix this problem? Fire 50% of the staff bumping into each other wandering the floor and replace those folks with a much higher end quality of employee, which probably means somebody making $35/hour plus tips. This is something they absolutely have to bite the bullet on Even if it means operating with less staff. It's no surprise that your main server will come around and ask, " oh do you need more tea or bread', only to disappear for 20 minutes. A higher echelon of employee would not do that. Elevating the quality of the staff will also result in their ability to communicate at a higher level. Some of us at the table opted for the $44 option, but the way the server communicated it there were so many rules and restrictions that we all just simply opted for the regular price option. They just shook their head and said what a scam. I offer the $44 If they Don't know how to communicate it clearly without making it sound like we're getting a parking ticket. I would recommend that Fogo hire secret diners to rate everything that I'm mentioning and you will see how things have collapsed.

The service was friendly, but they didn’t come by our table as often. The servers with meats would skip our table many times and we had to ask managers to request certain cuts. But over all the food and beverages were good.

I would have to guess that there was a brand new staff. There were constant and awkward encounters with staff. Often asking to take plates off the table that we were still working on, there was an awkward “joke” one server made about “stealing” my 3-year old son, and at times had to wait a while for simple things like a drink order. The team just seemed lost. Who seem to be the manager came around a lot to ask how we were doing and make conversation. He was very nice. Food quality was not as expected. The picanha looked like it was taken out of the freezer before grilling. Was not fresh as it should be. The fraldinha was great though! Bean feijoada was watery and needed salt. Buffet selection was great. It was an average meal where we expect great quality food.

One of the best locations for either fancy diner date, or hang out at the bar with friends. Plano has everything you can ask for. Good service especially from the gauchos, the host are quick, polite. Service is fast. Overall good place to go. Especially Friday nights with live music!

Service was horrendous. Entire bottle of water spilled on my daughter and it was her birthday dinner. So I get there are accidents. But was sealed it for us was two mixed drinks showed up at our table that we didn’t order and the server proceeded to argue with us that we did. You’re better off putting your money to other options in Legacy West. You can do a lot better for cheaper at multiple restaurants in Legacy West. Skip it.
