I would have to guess that there was a brand new staff. There were constant and awkward encounters with staff. Often asking to take plates off the table that we were still working on, there was an awkward “joke” one server made about “stealing” my 3-year old son, and at times had to wait a while for simple things like a drink order. The team just seemed lost. Who seem to be the manager came around a lot to ask how we were doing and make conversation. He was very nice. Food quality was not as expected. The picanha looked like it was taken out of the freezer before grilling. Was not fresh as it should be. The fraldinha was great though! Bean feijoada was watery and needed salt. Buffet selection was great. It was an average meal where we expect great quality food.

Definitely get the salad at this one! Amazing and so fresh and delicious!! Went for a business meeting and the servers were very respectful and considerate of our conversations

Overall it was a terrible experience. My husband and I took our parents out as they are visiting from CT. We were passed by multiple times with no service provided. Most of the servers were rude and slow to serve. The food tasted ok, definitely recommend other Brazilian steakhouses such as EG Steak. Horrible, horrible experience. If I could give them zero stars I would have. Please do not waste your money at the Fogo de Chao in Plano at Legacy West.

Always a great experience. Moe was our main server and was very polite, attentive, and genuinely cared for our overall experience. Several other attendants stopped by our table to ask if anyone needed anything as well. The teamwork amongst the staff was evident and appreciated by everyone dining at our table.

I’ve been to Fogo de Chao in Addiosn several time as a matter of fact that is where I got engaged. Tonight we decided to try the plano location to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Well it was one of the worst restaurants experiences my husband and I have had in our lives. From the start we had to wait over 10min for a reservation. Then we got escorted all the way to the back in a separate room that had no AC working. Not only was I unable to sit comfortably because the lady behind me kept hitting my chair all night we barely got any service from the guys bringing the meats to us. My husband and I had to constantly ask for certain meats which finally became annoying and frustrating. We didn’t not even get some of our meat request after 4-5 waiters and a manager asked us for our request. It was plainly a disaster and a disappointing night. We will never go to the plano location ever again. From start to Finish the whole experience was awful and we could not wait to get out and leave the restaurant.

The Restaurant was very nice to book a table far away from the entrance as I requested. The seating was very nice, we all loved it. And the salad bar was really good, had a lot of good food, especially the Soba and Lychee (was very fresh). But the meats, not that good at all. Ribeye was dry and had no flavor, only Lamb was very good, very fresh and had good flavor.

Had an amazing experience at Fogo De chao, absolutely loved the grilled cheese. Michael our manager was attentive and said efficient whenever we requested a certain meat! Keep it up

We have a phenomenal experience. Fogo has been hit and miss in the past, but they more than redeemed themselves with great food and exceptional service. Thank you, Anna and team, for celebrating my son’s birthday with us.
