Amazing food, attentive waiters. Even with a reservation we waited an hour which I just felt like maybe the hostess could’ve given us a heads up when we got there, she only told us because we asked how long and told us like with a weird tone. Nonetheless my family tried to have a nice time. If it wasn’t for them and the waiters this review would be different.

We made a reservation for 4:15pm. The restaurant was overcrowded in the front lobby with people who made a reservation and walk ins. It seems the restaurant was concentrated on the large partys more that people who had 2-4 people. After numerous complaints to the sitting hostesses ( which was very rude) we finally got seated at 5:30pm. When we were at the table our waiter was not attentive at all we sawl him in the beginning and at the end of pur meal when he brought us a check. Food was we have to flag people with meat to get any. So the whole experience was poor and ruined my mother's day.

Everything was going well. We were served the appetizers and different wine picks after paying in the beginning. They give you 3 cards each and let you choose wine from a list. This was until the main courses of the event which were a bone in ribeye and a wangu meat tastings. One of the servers picked up our plates and while the bone in ribeye was given out, we had no plates on our tables. The manager of the event finally saw there was no plates and gave it to us and the table next to us. However, we never received the bone in ribeye portion. We spoke to the waitress at least 4 times to let her know. Then the wangu came and we had that. We were still waiting on the bone in ribeye. The manager comes up to us asking how was everything and we brought up again for the fifth time of the evening we did not get the bone in ribeye. The table next to us even was a witness and was speaking with us explaining they almost did not get also but he had to chase the girl down serving to get his. The manager rudely comes up to us and says the waitress served everyone and the table next to us had to speak to get her to believe us. She then tells us there is no more bone in ribeye and offers another slice of the wangu steak. The waitress we asked three times before for it decided to ignore us from then on and the manager never offered no apology for not believing us nor even finding an alternative meat from the ribeye to even offer. As it was beneath her. I will never attend another event hosted by this location as it felt like we were treated harshly for pointing out a mistake they made. The table next to us felt sorry for us and even gave us more wine cards they didn’t use but we were so disgusted we just left after finishing the wine we already had. In the regular sitting downstairs, we never have an issue like this and felt welcomed in. The event manager yesterday needs full training again as the event was not even packed to run out of certain food or not serve everyone.

I went for the wine and wagyu event. Their previous cocktail event was great so I invited a bunch of friends this time. I’m a bit embarrassed that I did though. We were all so hungry when we left. They had the cheese bread, deviled eggs and bacon. We all had 1 mini empanada each. The wagyu was the last passed food to come out. Everyone got one small slice and there wasn’t enough of that for the whole room so not everyone would get a piece then you’d have to wait 15 mins for one person to come out and serve half the room to serve one slice again. There was only one person serving food. The wines were pretty decent all in all. But I wouldn’t come back to another even based on this experience

We we were seated in an overflow area with very little ambiance. The menu options for kids are quite poor, we almost had to beg for a-la-carte instead of all you can eat. We got the wagyu strip and the tomahawk to share, getting side dishes was tedious (almost no options if you don't do all-you-can-eat). The service was slow and sloppy, but after our food was brought to the table we felt rushed by the staff to finish and order dessert. The meat was good, side dishes were fine (mashed pitatoes, fries and polenta), but some more options would have been nice. After ordering dessert, again this unspoken pressure to eat quickly and pay (the check was brought together with the dessert, even though we hadn't yet asked for the check). The waiter said: here is the check, no rush, but I just need to close the table because it's the end of my shift. Not a pleasant experience, won't be coming back here.

You need to go here very hungry so much food and experience and atmosphere is top notch and the food especially the meat was amazing! Definitely will recommend and be going back! Staff were amazing!

If you aren’t feeling like having the good usual ton of meat experience here, the reasonably priced ($20 at lunch) huge Market Table unlimited salad bar is worth the trip. Wide selection of salads, vegetable medleys, cheeses, cured meats, smoked salmon and much more, plus a daily soup, beans and rice and the addictive sugared bacon. And, you receive complimentary side dishes with the salad bar: the mini cheese popovers are a standout.

Making a reservation is pointless if you have to wait 45 minutes to be seated. Half the table did not receive their meat until multiple complaints. Water was only refilled after complaints. The check was a mess but I suspect at that stage they were trying to respond to the multiple problems. The food is good when you get it. The individual servers tried but were completely overwhelmed and the people at the front desk could not or did not want to communicate. Overall a mixed experience. I know they can do better, I have eaten at other locations of this restaurant before which makes this experience disappointing.

I have been to this location a few times and each time the service gets worse and worse! I was seated and I was waiting on a friend to arrive but I sat waiting at least 10 minutes before I had to ask one of the people with a head set on if they had servers working since I was there and completely ignored! Finally they sent a server over. Then while sitting there with my friend no meat was coming to our table despite both of our cards showing green. I again hand to speak to a manager! I saw her say something on her headset and finally one by one in line most of the meat was offered. Finally we sat another 15 min with empty dishes trying to find our server to order dessert.Another server took our order and the desserts arrived with no issues. After dessert we sat looking for our check from our server who never came back to the table! Another server came over and said they have to put our check together what did we have since we were never put in the system? I’m definitely not happy with the experience and service provided! A manager never came to say anything. They need to provide a better experience if they want repeat customers

The service was exceptional and one of the customer service reps, Sazia, was so accommodating and helpful. Food pricing was a bit high but given the amount of food offered it is worth it. I’ll be back!

Food is amazing. I get the market table but every one i go with loves the meat. I am a vegetarian and there is tons of food at the market table mostly vegetarian. Always great service and price is great.

The amount of food that you can consume at Fogo de Chao is undescribable. Each piece of meat was better than the next. An absolutely incredible food experience that everyone should have at least once in their life. Will go again.

While the steak (wagyu for 2) was awesome, the service was poor. Friendly and pleasant but clueless. We ordered the lobster and shrimp appetizer with the steak as our entree. Literally 5 minutes after placing the order, the steak landed on the table. The drinks we ordered hadn't even arrived yet. When asked about the appetizer we were told "oh, it will be out in a little while." Huh? The waitress didn't seem to understand that this was unacceptable so we just cancelled the appetizers all together. Given their prices this is regrettable . And this place is basically a tourist trap - move 'em in and get 'em out - and big with the t-shirt / sweatshirt crowd. I'd recommend skipping it all together. Maybe their other locations are better run?

I loved the salad bar and bottom steak for our lunch. Our group had a variety of things and asked for separate checks which caused the service to be slow at the end. The food is good every time I go and there was plenty of variety from the salad bar. One friend at my party enjoyed the cheese bread so much she spoke to the chef for tips about how it was made. We were not rushed and all had a good time.

Excellent meats and salad bar. The special $49 (10 meat variety) and dessert is a steal. We normally have the full menu including beef rib, filet mignon, NY strip, and lamb chop. The very sumptuous dessert made up not having those cuts. The service is a bit rush for turning over the table quicker we guessed. Our wait staff was very friendly and helpful. The hostesses were the opposite, unfriendly and had the too cool to be bothered vibe

Great brunch deal - something for everyone. My wife doesn't eat meat, but the market table, tofu entrée and the omelet station for brunch was more than enough for her. Meats came out super fresh, and they made sure to visit my table every time. I have been to the one in DC, and the service was subpar. Only issue I would say (and it is SUPER SMALL) is the lighting for brunch was a bit dark. The dining area is one level below, but maybe a bit brighter lighting for the day. Other than that, I will be back again for sure.
