Le Fogo de Chão est un Steakhouse brésilien de premier plan, ou churrascaria, qui est spécialisé depuis plus de 35 ans dans les viandes de première qualité rôties au feu en utilisant la technique séculaire du churrasco provenant de la cuisine brésilienne du sud. It was the worst Fogo de Chao we've been to. The floors were so filthy that your shoes slid in the non-carpeted section. The only servers that kept coming around were chicken legs and sausage. After patiently waiting, we had to ask for steak, lamb, ribs, etc., otherwise we doubt it would have ever arrived. The salad bar was sad. It was very limited compared to other locations. Ladies room for only one person at a time that had a line. In a restaurant that easy seats over 300pp, this was poor. Fortunately, staying in the hotel next door and went to the room to use the bathroom! When I returned, the ladies room still had a line. Ugh. We would never return to this particular location. Not worth $200.00 for two persons.

Food and wait service were excellent. The restaurant was overbooked and we waited for apprx. 30 minutes despite having reservations. The dishes at the food stations were dirty and it seems that the restaurant ran out of clean drinking glasses.

Very different experience than Dallas. Out of sides at times, had to request water refills and sides, well done food was so crispy aka burnt it crumbled on me and the table, salad bar not impressive. For the price, cleanliness especially floors and restroom need to exemplify exceptional service all the way around. When we shared food concern, we were told to tell the manager or someone else.

The staff extremely inexperienced. I ordered a screwdriver which is the simplest drink to make, the server did not know what a screwdriver was and instead of asking went on with his other duties till our third inquiry at which time someone else apologies and brought me my drink 30 minutes later while making jokes that they went to pick the oranges. All the side dishes were cold including the cheese bread, sweet bananas and mash potatoes. At the end of the meal, I went to wash my hands and was burned by the hot water because there was no cold water. If my reflexes were slower, I could have suffered second-degree burns. To make matters worse, the server brought us a drink that we did not order, and when he realized it was not for us, he walked around to other tables trying to find the owner. When no one claimed it, he offered it to us and charged us for it. Most other restaurants would not have charged us for the drink as it would have been discarded if no one claimed it. The salad bar was not restocked, it was low when we arrived, and when we left about two hours later several items were depleted. Salad bars should be constantly replenished as I left craving Caesar salad checked twice to see if it had been replenished with no luck. I have enjoyed your restaurant In Vegas and New Jersey but would not recommend the New Orleans location. P.S. The restaurant was not crowded, there were diners on both floors, there seemed to be enough servers but unfortunately, there were more unexperienced personal than experience once's.

As always the food was delicious. Staff was a little slow as opposed to our previous dinings. Had a couple new entries on the salad bar, really good.

Excellent as usual. We were well attended to by Chance and everything was delicious. I don’t typically eat at franchises establishments at when I travel, but we could t decide where to eat and had checked all our NOLA menu items. It was a perfect last dinner in town and close to the hotel

Ristorante semplice molto centrale , cibo normale . Passano di continuo a portare carne , per il resto il servizio ha i suoi limiti. Poca attenzione alla pulizia . Visto preparare tavoli girando la tovaglia invece di cambiarla

We were looking for healthy-ish but fine dining and we scored with Fogo de Chao. Amazing calling-it-a- salad-bar-doesn’t-do-it-justice piled with a wide array of charcuterie, beautifully-grilled vegetables, smoked salmon, dips, greens, cheese… worth the price of the entrees alone. We are not big meat eaters so we went for the juicy grilled salmon instead of the endless servings of grilled meats. The cocktails were divine - try the tequila thyme potion - and the chocolate bisquadeiro was the best dessert ever. Joseph our server was attentive without being disruptive, efficient, knowledgeable, and a sweetie, recommending his favourite hangouts in the French Quarter. We couldn’t believe how the final tally. It was so reasonable for what we had. Not the cheapest eats in town, nor typical NOLA or Southern cuisine, but we felt it was the best — and not cardiac killing — meal we had for the price. Thanks again to Joseph. The only downside was the truly disgusting ladies room but there were better facilities in the Marriott Hotel lobby next door. Bonus: Great shopping on Canal Street.

Good place for beef lovers coming with a nice buffet choise of greens, soups and salads. Outstanding service and great wine list. Love this style of food and citchen all over the world.

First time experience and it was fabulous!!! We were warned at first to go light at the salad bar and geeze I'm glad we did!!! Everyone was so impressed and the wait staff was amazing! We dined with Chance B. We will definitely come back soon!!

I was sent an email about the launch of Bar Fogo with new menu items. I was very excited to go since I’ve gone previous times before. The staff were very nice and attentive. The drinks we amazing as usual. However, the food left much to be desired. I left still hungry and unsatisfied. This experience wasn’t as exclusive as it had been in the past and the food was limited as well. After a certain time, they cut us off. Needless to say, I won’t partake in another Bar Fogo event for a while. I will, indulge in regular dining instead. I feel the regular dining is more worth my money.

Most of the meats were overcooked and dried out, except the chicken that was undercooked. One of the servers was really rude to my husband when offering him a slice of meat.

It may have been the time we went that was the issue. We booked a table at 1:45 but didn't realize they close from 2pm-5pm. As a result the meat service significantly slowed after 2pm (this makes sense, but we still paid the full price! And they should stop making bookings much earlier than this) Also, a lot of the meat was dry and not very flavorful. I hadn't been in years but remember most of the meat tasting very good. The salad bar selections were okay. The servers were pretty nice though and made a ribeye for me when I requested it. All in all, I probably wouldn't go here for a while (I'm willing to give things multiple tries) and only way before 2 or during dinner.

This is the first time I have ever been here that the service was terrible. I made a reservation and still had to wait 20 mins to be seated. Then it took the over 30 mins to bring the sides. We got drinks and when I needed another one it was another 20 mins before we got the drink, we asked to different people. The waiter seemed like he was too busy to help us. Then when I went to the restroom it was terrible, dirty, no toilet paper. I will never go back here again. It was a waste of money. The food was not even good it was over cooked and they were not refilling the salad bar

Always happy with the Brazilian steakhouse though I felt the salad bar could have had more, there wasn't any shrimp which I find the unusual in Louisiana

Waiter gave us water and then we never saw him again…We had to send someone other than our waiter to request him to bring us our check. After he took our cards we had to send another person to fetch him 15 min later. Terrible service

Below par for a Fogo de Chao restaurant. I’ve been to several of these restaurants in this chain and other Brazilian style restaurants. This one was lacking.

Shabby experience for a Fogo de Chao at this location. Poor salad bar presentation and many items not replenished in a timely manner. Somewhat messy restaurant throughout. Overall not the elevated experience one comes to expect from the brand here at this NOLA location.

This was not what I expected. The restaurant is cramped and has a bad layout. The salad bar was small and everything was fairly chaotic and messy. It was not the Fogo de Chão I'm used to.

We should have ordered the service where the staff just keep bringing food by. Instead we ordered a large bone-in steak for 2 adults & 1 child. It came out underseasoned, overcooked, and tough. The side dishes came AFTER we had finished the steak! The restaurant was also freezing cold. We won’t be returning.

This used to be a nice experience for my husband and I, but the quality of service is subpar. If your server is new, provide them with support. We went to take part in the Easter Brunch experience, but the server admitted that they were new and told us that there wasn't anything special the Easter menu. The steak was tough and the overall experience was waste of our time and money.

This has to be the worst Fogo I’ve ever been too. Good was sub par. Service was struggling. Servers seems to not understand the temperature of meats. Keeps being well done meat calling it mid rare. I asked for expresso, it came lookwarm. To make the entire experience dismal, the bathroom was awful. Peel on the floor, on the toilet seat. Looked like a bathroom in one of the dive bars on bourbon street. Absolute Zero star for me

The customer service was excellent! Eric our waiter was very attentive and accommodating! The entire staff was awesome! The food and ambiance was AMAZING! It was a perfect birthday dinner for my fiancé!

Very nice staff and the food is always consistent, but this seems to be a poorly run restaurant. Management needs additional training and finesse in order to better support their staff and accommodate guests.

Overall, dining at Fogo was a delight from start to finish. The delicious food, impeccable service, & charming ambiance made for a memorable experience. My experience at this restaurant was nothing short of exceptional, much different from my horrible experience on Feb 14, 2024! Theybytukynmade up for it. It’s like everything was PERFECT this time. No long wait for drinks or meats! Staffed catered our meat preferences to us. It was just AWESOME!
